Big busdriver,

Is that Trailways or Greyhound. Frontier is much more relevant than your company is. I'll bet you on that.

I didn't write the post to which you responded. I did however leave my computer on and unattended for a while chatting with some friends at across the room at a coffee shop. I think I know the culprit, as you probably do also.

... these are troubling time for every airline employee; the last thing we need is to throw a bunch of chum in the water to get the 5%ers of this industry whipped up in a frenzy. Anyone in this industry who thinks that their carrier is bulletproof most likely rode the short school bus and wore a hockey helmet as a kid.
 
What service :up: !!! See just today, I stopped over to check out a problem on one of our 319's. This very nice elderly couple were coming of the aircraft and wearily looking for a wheel chair attendant. Now here I am, in the upper part of our Maintenance Department and a chair is sitting right there. I said to the weary old gal, jump on in darlin' we got to get you on your way. As I pushed her up the concourse to meet an attendant up front her husband remarked, "Hell Delta would never have done this."

I had to laugh out loud, and said "Sir your not at Delta, Your at Frontier A Whole Different Animal." and then all three of laughed our A$$ off. That's how you make people take notice of the service you can offer them. And we have dedicated employees all over here that will do WHATEVER it takes to see that we have HAPPY CUSTOMERS. :up:

Won't be no UNCLE here, YOu guys over there at UAL are the ones that worry about having a job from one day to the next. NOT ME! Remember, 6000 furloughs to cover 625 million in cost savings. OH, and I forgot another 500 million they didn't figure into thier new business plan. OUCH, things should start to unravel there very quickly at UAL here in the next month or two as your losses continue to mount,
 
Good service?!? At Frontier?!? lol NOT

I just got back from Zurich yesterday. I looked all over the airport but only saw the beautiful planes, United, Delta, American....but no Frontier. I guess that animal junk on the tail isn't quite up to international standards.
 
Probably landed at ORD, we don't service ORD. :shock: If you arrived in DEN on B then you took the train so of course you didn't see any planes. And if none of the cute little critters were out on the ramp, then they were out MAKING MONEY DUHHHHHHHHHH. :up:

Uh, Fish, you need to stop drinking the F9 Kool-Aid. F9 isn't the only airline on the Planet who has employees who step up. BTW, while you were laughing your kiester off playing the role of a CSR, didn't you have your own responsibilities to attend to? I mean if the "upper part" of F9's Maintenance Department has enough time to attend to elderly passengers, and expend time chuckling, it seems to me that there's some potential for cost cutting. I mean F9 posted a loss recently right? Additionally, just where the heck was the CSR who should have been helping out the happy elderly campers anyhow? Hopefully not 'yukking it up' with your plane's maintenance problem...you should have been a comic, some of your posts are quite the joke.

One thing in the service industry you SHOULD NEVER FORGET! No matter what department your in; The customer comes first, and in the END the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! That is what TRULY builds loyalty, something that UAL has been lossing year after year.
 
And you keep promising to go away but never do. You should rename yourself Herpes...cuz you keep coming back.
