So that is the legacy. The best that usapa can do. Keeping the west at bay

Is that really the purpose of a union to keep 1/3 of the members at bay while 2/3 get all the benefits?

Not keeping you at bay, keeping you in PHX. Sometimes you forget you brought a losing hub to the mix. 1/4 of your routes are former East.

(west pay 142 - DC plan - profit sharing -jumpseat weight and balance equals 100 per hour.)

So the issue is , "what you consider" ! I consider making money, is making money, options are options, you have an option to make more, your choice! BTW some below us don't have that choice, I will thank you for them for passing it on, other than that your bich'n about the money you make falls on deaf ears! MM!
 
So then; the obvious and true purpose of any union should be to make only a minority portion of it's membership happy, at the expense of the majority? I see. 😉

But in your world 50% is good enough.

You brought a broke airline about to go out of business and 1700 furloughed pilots.

All your hubs were losing money.

Once again, and as always; you have no point....but I promise that I'll try to have many sleepless nights over the APA in the times to come. Heck!...I'm surprised I haven't already! None can doubt that they, along with "the rest of the world", as so often loudly claimed by your group, are all doing little else than wondering how best to punish the evil easties, and both elevate and enshrine the sacred "Knights Who Say Nic" out west. Happy now? 🙂

And, yes. It was very expensive. Glad you paid for both sides of it while your lawsuits dragged it on.

Is usapa going to make that same argument with APA? Attrition. Better be careful with that American has about 3 times the attrition. Some arbitrator may believe it and give the APA boys what you think you are entitled to.

I was not talking about the legal cost. I was talking about the hundreds of millions you east pilots have cost all of us by not getting a contract.

They do have a choice, quit trying to rewrite the seniority list and then get a contract.

Gasp!!!...You can NOT POSSIBLY now, be even at all suggesting that the glorious results of whimsical arbitration could in ANY way, shape or form, EVER produce anything other than righteous perfection it's self and "karmic" harmony throughout the universe as a result of the sacred process?!?...Say it's not so!!!....? 😉

After all; won't any real or imaginary losses be more than made up for by the "Billions in damages" nic4us and others have stated you're certain to receive? 😉

DAN, really, we don't have to do anything, all sections of the contract are open subject to ratification, vote accordingly! Good game goin BGSU and SJSU! A LGU PURPOSE "CONTRACT RATIFICATION" imagine that!

This will not go to arbitration. There will be an agreement between USAPA and APA.
