Agreed. APA has already informed USAPA that the only agreement begins with using the Nic. Barring that, they won't negotiate anything. Then it's on to Arbitration where the COMPANY provided certified list is the Nic award. That's been expressed to USAPA as well. All roads lead to a new nic inclusive contract. It's not in Dougies financial interest anymore to play stupid. Therefore the brisk pace. You may perhaps recall he came to an agreement with 55,000 employees of ANOTHER airline inside of 3 weeks.

He knows what to do when he needs something to get done. LOA93 has saved him over a billion excess dollars. That's enough....unless the merger fails, then it's LOA93 till the end of time.

Does USAPA have something to fear of Arbitration? You seem to want to avoid it like the plauge. Why? Not much faith in your "Constitution and Bylaws?"

Why did Freedom Scab Crimi fail his constituents and run home early like a little crying girl? Was there something more important going on than the AMR merger negotiations for a Union Rep to busy himself with? Probably not....Not at all actually. What was so upsetting?
Sounds like you have violated the" NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT" if so then HUMMEL ,and the violaters will be sued big time , even personally, we have faith in the CBL'S Does DUI, in fact for his scheme to work he needs a unified USAPA, won't happen with the NIC, you'll be ejected faster than an F-4 seat could ever do!

YOUR VIOLATION of the NCA, brings up an interesting point, when USAPA'S BPR doesn't approve this MOU, as per CRANDALL's VIDEO, what then? DUI can come after AOL?
 
Mr. Crandall thinks a happy pilot group will help the success of the possible merger, his advice will be heeded.

We have two pilot groups, APA and USAPA. Fences make good neighbors. Your Phoenix hub will be protected for you for ten years. Bon appitit! (Used to wish someone enjoyment of the meal they are about to eat.)

Mr. Robert Crandall or eric auxier and eric ferguson, which advice will you heed west pilots? You may have to fly a smaller airplane, er, like the one you have been for years.

Where as Mr. Crandall wants all pilots getting along.

Where for are't there all pilots have to get along.

We should just allow the pilots to keep what they had and brought to the merger.

Therefore, you can not bring a chevy to a lexus party.

The NDA doesn't cover idiotic union tantrums. It covers big boy business and big boy matters. Not the hysterical rantings of the collective idiocy known as USAPA.

Doug and creditors will not let a few whining west AFO's ruin his chances of running the largest airline, they would be pieced off first which would be the best solution for all involved. LAX is where it's at not PHX.

Well put. What finer "thought"...umm..."process" could be evidenced than that of some assinine adolescent proudly proclaiming such an easy facility with beer on the global internet while being a supposedly "professional" airline pilot? I can't speak for others, but I know that I'm certainly impressed...."All else is classified" phrasing must come from all that military experience training "dire wolves" in the "army" of leonidas, I must suppose....

Personally?...I think I'll pay a wee-bit more attention to Mr. Crandall's ideas than those of the west's brain trust.

The APA Board of Directors reconvened today at 9 a.m. at union headquarters as part of the ongoing four-party negotiations between American Airlines and US Airways management, APA and the US Airline Pilots Association (USAPA) on behalf of US Airways’ pilots.

We have seen a model for a successfully arbitrated seniority integration at Delta-Northwest using fences and a ratio methodology based on a percentile seniority list ranking. Also, if an American Airlines-US Airways seniority integration were to be arbitrated, our attorneys have indicated that the ongoing seniority dispute between “West” and “East” at US Airways would be settled as part of the process and should not have any negative impact on an arbitrator’s decision under the McCaskill-Bond statute.
