Notice Cleardirect shuts right up when asked for some facts.

That's always been the case whenever asked ANY clear and direct question(s)....which never slows down the incessant babbling and mindless thrashing of pom poms in any way though.

The desert's notoriously famous for producing strange hallucinations and mirages of all sorts.
Then you add in all those margaritas and cactus juice. If the vote was 11-0 should be something to consider.

Exactly. There is no way the PHL guys or CLT would ever agree to the Nic. How about it Cleardirect. You started the thread about the end of USAPA and the Nic etc. Let's hear the facts.

If its 11-0, can we assume it will go out with a "Yes" recommendation? Or can it go out with no recommendation, as in sans recommendation?

Why don't you explain how you link the Nicolau to a possible MOU vote. I say you can't.

I would be surprised if the Nic were in there. Taking a guess I would say it will probably go to arbitration. They will decide if it's two lists or three, the Nic or DOH. Best way for the company and APA to avoid liability and keep the east happy. Well, I shouldn't say happy🙂

I'd not be shocked by something of that sort myself, although I'm obviously not of the mindset that the nic will play here. We'll all see soon enough, I suppose. Whatever happens: I hope 2013 proves to be a better year for all concerned.

Well, the insinuation from Prechil and Cleardirect were that the Nic was in it and there was some great news for the West. Another bunch of hot air from the usual suspects- again.

Ames leads the charge of the liars, Prechil joins in without knowing what is going on, and Cleardirect finishes up with another string of lies.

I tend to agree an M/B SLI is an appealing course for the reps and the company, not for any happiness of anyone, but rather for the simple fact that M/B allows everyone involved to punt any and all responsibility, i.e.. shirk responsibility and get the line puggs to pay for it. I would prefer the reps to actually do their job but that is a lot to ask of mere pilots.

As each of us considers the MOU, we have some very good examples that have preceded us. 1) we have the FAs who have refused to accept substandard contract offers, 2) we have the APA pilots who refused the first offer and now haver $100K plus their retirement, and 3) we have the hasty announcement of an agreement by Gary Hummel that was retracted by the communications committee because he was too embarrassed to make a correction himself, and we have 4) individuals who proudly announce their intention to vote "yes" on anything, long before there are even rumors of the content...

So... we can choose a legacy of haste or deliberate patience, and the outcome will be far more significant than mere embarrassment, because there won't be a communications committee that can step in to cover for us. 🙂

Understand, just putting in my 1 1/2 cents.

Agreed in full, with emphasis on your last: "So... we can choose a legacy of haste or deliberate patience, and the outcome will be far more significant than mere embarrassment....."

I'd strongly suggest that all give serious consideration as well to: "As each of us considers the MOU, we have some very good examples that have preceded us..........we have the APA pilots who refused the first offer and now haver $100K plus their retirement..."

There's no nic anywhere in any mou.
There will be three lists tendered for seniority integration.
Then there will be one list and the west can proceed on their merry legal path.
And spend years and dollars trying to cash the lottery ticket.
