The APA will never arbitrate. DOH with good fences serves their purpose.

And I expect fences between the APA and USAPA but they will come from the arbitrators and not through negotiations.

I just happen to like Boeing aircraft.

You refresh my too-often-limited faith in our species Bean. 🙂 Whatever comes to be of all this merger-mania; I wish all (east-west) concerned a better situation for the future...and dare I even say it within any context of this insane industry?...Some real semblance of a viable and steady career.

No arbitration. This will be settled before that. Why would any APA pilot want to risk a Nic-like abomination?
Greeter

I'd guess as much as well Greeter, but random acts of utter stupidity from any political bodies no longer serve to surprise at any level. I think we'll all have to wait and see for a bit longer.

'During the McCaskill-Bond process, including any arbitration proceeding, US Airways,
American or New American Airlines, or their successors (if any), shall remain neutral regarding the order in which pilots are placed on the integrated seniority list,'

No NIC........sorry guys. USAPA will be presenting the list to use, not the company.

Yep. We are beaten. No Nic. Let's move on. Take the money and run. Vote for the MOU and let's get moving. The MOU leads to a JCBA and then we're off to the races.

West pilots, let's get over ourselves. We want the money and a new JCBA as quickly as possible. The Nic is dead......

Hey. A coherent post from eastus. Are you off your bender or out of rehab already? Looking forward to your next meltdown. The last one was damn entertaining. Found any stray dogs lately?

Agreed. Regardless of the outcome we are moving forward, that is undeniable.

Indeed Pre. Whatever else is or becomes true; I hope all are ultimately better off for it. As a prehistoric beastie myself, with little time left in the airline game...well...little of this can have much of any personal effect, but I'd sure like to see a more stable environment for all of you guys/gals for the future, (with ohmygosh!...perhaps even properly respectable compensation to come back in the future!)...any and all gross and glaring personal differences aside. 😉
