Not sure whom is kicking whom out of the airport.

"On Wednesday Nov 14th we notified USAPA that we had obtained the required number of signatures for a recall vote. In just 60 days (half the allotted time) over 25% of the CLT line pilots have exercised their democratic right by signing the recall petition. This sends a loud and clear message to our Representatives that their constituents are not satisfied with the status quo.

The following day, while once again using the domicile update to attack and malign the Recall effort, our CLT Chairman, Bill McKee, filed a complaint with the airport manager against members of the recall effort who were exercising their right to free speech in a public arena."

The "right" to free speech concerns political speech with regard to government affairs.

I don't know what happened, but there is no "right" for union business (on either side of the argument) to take place in a public arena without permission.

It's pretty clear you need a Legitimate Union Purpose for "destroying" the Nic., (which you didn't btw) What EXACTLY is that LUP? Your side threw everthing at a jury to see if any of your B.S. would stick. It didn't. The Jury crushed USAPA.

What's the new LUP?

New buzzword, all the followers of Cleardirect hang on his every misquote and misinformed idea. LUP is the new "concept,"

See nycbusdrivers quote. That about sums it up.

But I'm still not getting a good reason to recall Bill. You don't like him. I get it. I knows Rawls hates him....saw him in action one day. So whom do you support to replace Bill?

Now you want to be a lawyer now that you can't be a pilot? It's really pathetic that you really don't know anything about RLA.

Tell us, your pilot boyfriend/ maybe future husband ditch you? Your ticket to the aviation big leaques leave you in limbo?

What now, hanging out at the local Guard Unit duty post trying to pick up "fly boys"?

There's a name for that...like, TROLL!

You need to get a life.

WAKE ing up would sum it up nicely.

CONCLUSION
[10] For the foregoing reasons, we hold that Plaintiffs’
DFR claim is not ripe; therefore, the case is REMANDED to
the district court with directions that the action be DISMISSED.
No costs to either side.

Poor Claxon, you just don't get it do you. It's already been proven you can't have your DOH. Because there was yet to be a contract it wasn't RIPE. The entire world outside USAPIA understands once you put DOH in a new contract it's game over. No new contract for you. Wake up Claxon, Wake up!

"25%"..? Yep. That does send out a truly underwhelming message.

So whom do you support to replace Bill?

Or any of those they wish to remove..? And what, pray tell, IS the true, actual and overall agenda for wanting to do so? That last doesn't seem to have been clearly stated ANYwhere.....? Ambiguous BS the likes of "...are not satisfied with the status quo." fail to inform at ANY level what's intended afterwards, should their efforts succeed. When/IF anyone comes forth to explain "The Plan"...well...I'm fine with listening, and I'm sure we'd all love to see what it is....?

If you are underwhelmed should they change the C&BL to impress you? Maybe 30% to get it on the ballot?

Lets see how the actual vote turns out. Is 50% enough to overwhelm you?

I like Bill and like flying with him, I don't want him representing the pilot group.

My choice would be Mark Minor, if he was willing to do it.

From the website

A few noteworthy items of concern include the following:

Domicile updates that are disingenuous at best, with limited and/or partial information, which are notorious for their emotionally charged inflammatory rhetoric which serves no purpose in educating the CLT membership of the facts they need to know in order to understand the issues before them.

Misrepresentation of USAPA’s ability to win the LOA 93 pay grievance. A grievance which USAPA’s Grievance Committee and System Board chaired by an individual endorsed and supported by the CLT Reps, lost.

Their support of the Status Quo Court filing in NY which was subsequently dismissed.

Their endorsement of the use of the “Safety Culture Survey” to support an ill timed and ill conceived “Safety Campaign” (against the better judgment of their advisors) that resulted in a permanent court injunction being imposed upon the US Airways pilot group.

Lobbied hard to hire Roland Wilder and his team of professional negotiators - yet ignore their advice when they aren’t told what they want to hear.

Accusations of election impropriety levied against a candidate by one or more CLT Rep(s) as a result of the most recent USAPA Presidential campaign. Those accusations were found to be without merit and were dismissed by the United States Labor Department.

Ah! I see that you're evidently in favor of this attempt as well...That's good to know. 😉 Umm...perhaps you can explain what you wish to see happen if it succeeded? No Tap-Dancing allowed here if you wish to convince people. This oughta' be good. Go ahead, we're all waiting......?

A few noteworthy items of concern include the following:

So then Jake: Who do you wish to see come into office instead, and what would you want to see them do, once in?

"We'd all love to see The Plan"....? 😉

Was looking for you guys last time through PHX. Caught a great show. Any of you there?

Forgive me. But "the new concept" of a LUO isn't new. It's been around Since the dawn of unionism and is enshrined into Federal Law. Wake flatly stated you didn't have a LUO, Silver has more than eluded to the same, and the dissenting 9th opinion couldn't have been more clear that USAPA failed to prove a Legitimate Union Objective for ignoring the NIc. The other two Judges decided to not discuss it as it wasn't ripe..(according to them)...aside to warn of an unquestionably ripe dfr.

So What is the LOU you so desperately need. I ask again as you so obviously evaded the question.
