I would have a problem flying with you if you don't respect me....it sounds like conflict of interest.

The majority of the Captains I fly with don't support USAPA's quest to rewrite the seniority list at the expense of a new contract.

Well if only three will fly with you and two agree with you, then I guess that is a majority.

If assigned, I won't fly a trip with you and I will be glad to explain it to the Chief Pilot.

I do my job and I follow the SOP's. I don't have ANY problems when I come to work and I respect all the pilots I've flown with both East and West, but I do believe that someone like you will do whatever is necessary to jeapodize the safety of our work environment because you never know when you have to fly with someone you disrespect and want to make a point.

What legal purpose did Sully and Skiles serve in the Addington trial?

Did they have special knowledge of the merger process? Where they on the merger committee? Where they elected reps or serve on any committee?

Of the 3500 east pilots what made those two so special that they needed to testify on the witness stand? So other than being famous why put them on the stand?

Why was it more important to have Sully and Skiles on the stand with no special knowledge yet Steve Bradford refused to take the stand.

All, after what happened today in CT and keeping a proper and respectful perspective we should all take a moment to reflect on this tragedy and especially over this holiday season and try to remove from our respective vernacular vile and hateful messages off this board.

As flightcrew members we are asked and have entrusted in our care loved ones that wish to travel home for the holidays. We certainly have our disagreements and should express them, but by injecting vile and hateful messages on any web forum simply degrades our profession and what we must do to maintain the utmost professionalism....especially in these trying times.

May all of you have a wonderful, yet uneventful holiday season and a safe and prosperous new year.

I disrepect pilots that renege on a contract with their fellow employees because they don't like the result of a mutually agreed upon arbitration.
