AMR CEO Tom Horton met with the APA pilots in Dallas last week. It was reported that US Airways management (Parker and Kirby) would be meeting with them this week. Anybody know when that meeting or series of meetings will take place?

USAPA Update regarding President's Message

USAPA apologizes for the content of the previous President's Message sent earlier today, and we retract the information contained in that message. To clarify, no agreement has been reached and discussions are still ongoing.

Usapa is so desperate for a win they just could not keep it in their pants. Jumped the gun and had to retract the statement. Could not even wait an hour before they had their pet reporter on the line. Oops.

This correction smacks of legal slap down. Hummel and usapa will be lucky if the SEC, LCC, and AMR don't sue for breach. Those NDA agreements can be serious.

Could be the last straw for the company. Give usapa,one last chance to play nice and they blow it again. Penalty! You guys are using the Nicolau. Remember how we ended up with the cactus call sign? Usapa stepped on their johnson with the stupid USA Today ad.

Poetic justice will be Bradford having to stand up and tell the east that he was wrong from the beginning and that Nicolau will be the seniority list for the us air pilots.

Back to the minor leagues boys. You are going to get to watch the game from the side lines.

I would give anything to be at that meeting when Parker finally finds his manhood and informs the BPR that they have wasted 5 years on a fools errand. Enjoy the Nicolau. The next 5 years are going to be a whole lot different then the last 5 years. You are not going to like them nearly as much. Karma she is a nasty girl.

Yep. Parker and Kirby are reading USAPA the riot act, as we speak. The creation of the world's largest commercial aviation entity, equity to the Creditors, and the payday for upper management are all hanging in the balance over a failed bargaining position of an old labor union, years past.
