Oh, and I almost forgot this one. USAPA has become more like ALPA then ALPA. LMAO.

You idiots. F'ed another thing up.

On Wednesday afternoon (December 19, 2012) I delivered the recall petitions to USAPA HQ. I worked with S/T Rob Streble and Attorney Brian O'Dwyer. The petitions, the originals and one set of copies were placed in the USAPA safe room which has 24/7 video security. Mike and I have a set of copies also. All work will be done with the working copies and not the originals.

This is the first recall effort at USAPA that has reached this point so ground rules have not been established. Over the holiday period Attorney Brian O'Dwyer will write the ground rules for proceeding. Tentatively all parties will meet in early January to be briefed on the ground rules going forward.

Mike and I would like to thank everyone who signed the petitions. We would also like to thank those who spent countless hours in the terminal and those who carried petitions. Without that dedication we would not have come this far. The line pilots have spoken, the status quo is unacceptable. Our representation should be transparent and factual, absent personal opinions and agendas. Let the democratic process determine the outcome. Happy Holidays to all.

That's not on the table. In fact, it's no where near the table.

The company was very specific as to the Nic being used. Your reps are pretty much cornered.
Sure they are. A company telling a union they have to integrate according to the companies wishes. Even after the 9th Court of Appeals says they don't, as well as Judge Silver. You are honestly one of the stupidest posters here.

Maybe you missed the entire Silver Court ruling. Here it is again, since you seem pretty dense.

PHOENIX -- (TheStreet) -- A proposed decision by a U.S. District Court Judge in Phoenix could enable US Airways (LCC[background=initial]_[/background]) and its pilots to restart contract negotiations, which ground to a halt five years ago because of a bitter battle over pilot seniority.

More on DALThe proposed ruling, suggested Tuesday by Judge Roslyn Silver, apparently will say the airline and its pilots union can negotiate a contract that does not include an arbitrators' controversial 2007 seniority list. A dispute over the list has deeply separated pilots ever since the 2005 merger between US Airways and America West.

No, you f'ing moron, I'm not. There will be no three way and your reps know it.

You'll learn soon enough.

No wonder the westerners always had the worst contracts in the industry. Here is another statement by a former secy treasurer of the PHX domicile. Clueless about the company having the power and or authority to tell USAPA what they can propose. Then you have Cactus boy telling the same stuff. You PHX pilots were fleeced by Martyr Harper time and again because of your poor representation. Move2Clt is landlocked in PHX, with an AA merger smoking in. Not good.
You need to recall your PHX reps today.

The Nicolau Award is the seniority list per the contract until it is modified with the consent of the company or replaced in a new contract. Good luck getting either of those two done before the merger.

Actually, it will.

There will be no vote on representation as the APA clearly has the majority so USAPA will be gone in a blink.
You truly have no idea how the process of single carrier status works, and yes the BPR has to approve any MOU moving forward, your delusional reality won't make it so, now get back and wtite those back child support checks so your wx can take her boyfriend to dinner!

No it is not. Answer me why the East is hiring, and using a date of hire contract. The guys furloughed out West are taking recall to the East list, and not using the Nicolau List. I ask you why Dave ODell then did not slot into the East seniority list with a Nic number? It would take a ratified contract to enable the Nicolau List, with East and West agreeing to it. USAPA is not bound to the Nicolau List, by court order. You know better.

The court said USAPA is free to negotiate a new list under the threat of a DFR suit.

The list has not been implimented for operations but it is still the seniority list per the contract until it is amended my constent of the company or replaced in a new contract.
