Didn't see that one either! It's right below the USAPA DOH list on Wings.

Careful, move might jump in on that! You're in for a VERY BIG surprise then.
Perhaps the NIC and a 15 yr fence! The courts have said it doesn't have to be the Nic(DFR and all that yada yada), but I don't think I saw any court say it can't be the NIC either.
Last I looked, DOH isn't implemented either. I figure the worst thing that could happen is 3 seperate lists being used. Of course I should know better than using a phrase like 'the worst that could happen,' I could be shocked lol.
Nothing would surprise me, other than usapa's DOH list being used that is. I'll just keep on keepin on and see how it goes down.

No, more like the Nicolau List, IF it were presented by USAPA to the Company, would have to be memorialized in a JCBA before it could be carried forward into the AA merger. THAT, is the most likely outcome. You have to get your East -West contract with the Nic in it and ratified BEFORE an AA transaction for it to stick. That , is not happening. The Nicolau Award is the seniority list per the contract until it is modified with the consent of the company or replaced in a new contract. Good luck getting either of those two done before the merger.
Looking on the company wings website, I do not see the NIC list. Maybe you should call them.

The seniority list exists in the contract, where's the contract that contains USAPA's DOH seniority list?
The word I'm getting is USAPA is indeed embarrassing themselves at the table. Why did Freedom Scab Crimi leave early? I'll let someone else answer that. Hint. He wasn't happy about how worthless coc is.Swan...you still don't get it...the Nic is the current combined system seniority list at LCC.
There is no veto or majority say so in the TA....after the arbitration, that was it, the company accepted the Nic as the combined list. The Nic is the status quo at LCC.
Per the TA, absence of a JCBA has no bearing on system seniority.
So,let's just wait and see if there is a merger, then let's see if usapa lasts long enough to make fools of themselves and harm all LCC pilots, then let's watch the Nic get integrated with the AMR pilots.
He gets it you don't, there is no NIC I don't se it anywhere, you just keep dreaming about it while the east has massive growth and remember Dave O'Dell understands he's an eastie now and loving every minute of it.Swan...you still don't get it...the Nic is the current combined system seniority list at LCC.
Sorry dude, 81 before you time boy!!!He's already bet hundreds of thousands of dollars. Poor 99 hire, 2013 is going to be a REALLY ugly year. Best of luck finding that Legitimate Union Purpose nobody seems to be able to articulate.
Nice try Skippy, you have no clue NDA ring a bell, you no nothing, were all hoping you sold off for scrap. The word I'm getting is USAPA is indeed embarrassing themselves at the table.

It will end being a DOH with AMR with 5 to 7 yr fence.
