HINT:

The merger will be between us air and American. Not east west and American. No one is going to look at what each base is doing. An arbitrator will combine 2 lists not three.
Hint, the merge might be AMR and the east only, you better pay attention son.

BoeingBoy, 700UW HP Early and Luvn737 s fled early after Silver ruled. The rest of the idiots that remain are dim bulbs. Move2Clt is at best a 5 watt.

I guess anything is possible, though I doubt any spin-offs at this junction. Had Marty and his " legal gang that could not shoot straight (with guest gunslinger Siegel from the Company)" gotten any traction in the courts, they might well have soured the deal enough to consider a split. But utter failure in the legal front by both the Company and Leo has rendered any problems merging the West moot. They are along for the ride, and unfortunately will be with us for the duration.Greeter

STFU you idiot.

And as an FYI, you're still on LOA93 and no DOH in sight. Nic is still the only list the company has and its about to be put to good use in the next SLI.

Go for broke? No. You guys went for broke and have been broken.

Merry Christmas jackass.

Yes, of course. Most animals get angry when they are cornered. Please don't "Merry Christmas" me.

Thanks

The company is not going to risk that liability.
That will be used as evidence in the next DFR if the company tries to use something else.

Or the evidence we use when we sue the socks off of the company for imposing the NIC. Of course, we have the 9th and Silver's court BOTH saying it doesn't HAVE to be the NIC. The company has the liability either way. Had they been more interested in settling this to start with instead of their "hands off" policy that kept us on LOA 93, it might be different.

Your case would NEVER be heard. Dismissed. Best of luck pinning some kind of liability to the company for honoring the TA and binding arbitration. Also, you'd have to convince a Judge you had an LUP to do so, you've never come close. Besides USAPA WILL BE DEAD. Go ahead and form an LLC, fund it with millions of donated dollars, and get a consensus on a direction to go...something you fked up Easties haven't been able to do since the inception of your fake union. APA shows up, game over.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Good idea!

Merry Christmas to you as well.

america west pilots not only flew in Australia for Ansett Airlines during the Australian Pilots strike, they made a nice video telling everyone how great it is to work down under.

Nice video of two america west pilots, in uniform. They think they saved Australia.

Where is Eddie Chandler now? Continental, United, Air Tran/Valuejet?

That's a shame, you are in the minority group with Munn, very few US pilots want to merge, we don't need them if you want to subzidize another airline go ahead, AMR boys get about 100 grand for the the merge what do you get?, You just run along Danny boy Rich is calling you now. Hope we recall Hummel.

Very few US pilots what to merge? What planet do you live on?

A have yet to fly with a single pilot who doesn't want to merge. Everyone knows that's the only way we off LOA 93.

I guess in your mind the APA pilot I quoted is part of Chip's group too.
