There's going to be LOTS of movement on this next bid, assuming the merger moves forward (should know one way or the other this week). There's a "boatload" of senior F/O's sitting on the 76 & 330 for QOL benefits, you can bet they will "re-think" their bids looking at a $50,000 pay raise going back to the 320 as a junior CAP. I imagine the same thing will be happening out West with the 75 & the 320.
Just staying where I am will net me a $25,000 "Retro/Signing Bonus" check this Summer. But don't worry about me, I'll try to "bear up" to it.
