MDA isn't overstaffed....it's underplaned

When this issue came up for discussion, Lakefield indicated this would be addressed and with a lot of progress on the MDA contract we could see two changes to offset attrition.

Why didn't you cite the source when you first posted it?

You just told everyone that BoeingBoy lacked integrity after you accused him of not posting his sources.
