And that right, to unionize, was just used at DL for 2 work groups..................and the majority of the people , who voted, said "NO UNION" !

Guess you really have no idea how it works in the entertainment industry. If you do not belong to one of the unions associated with said industry, you will not get work. Regardless of any supreme court law that is on the books. Its been like that for decades.

You brought up Rush and Reagan as shining examples of union members not knowing anything about the decades old closed shop contracts in the radio and entertainment industry. You seem to think you are an expert on union contracts yet know nothing about examples you brought up. You know dam well that if a an industry has a forced union membership (aka closed shop) per their contract, then no one can be hired as a non paying dues objector. End of story. And you also know dam well that such closed shop contracts also exist in the aviation industry. If you were smarter you would have found that out before using Rush and Reagan as an example. But you didn't.

I worked in closed shops all my life, you can become a non-member dues objector (upheld and interpreted by the Supreme Court), that is the law of the land.

Accept your wrong and you dont post any facts to back up your misinformation.

A labor contract is a contract, period.

First of all you cant be a non-member dues objector until your hired, pass your probationary period then you can declare dues objector status. You dont become a union member until after your hired and complete probationary period.

Like I said, dont let the facts get in your way.
