DM Preferred Credit

This website is screwing up a lot of my credits to the point where I am on the phone with them almost every week resolving how miles are credited to my account.

The most recent problem is that on my UA flights where I flew on an F ticket, I am getting preferred miles for the actual flight, but not for the class of service bonus. Some people have just hung up on me because they can't figure it out (including a supervisor) and another insists that the program with UA has been discontinued.

Can anyone provide any clarification?

Did you upgrade using miles or a coupon? If you did and were on a F ticket, I think that it would be just straight miles.

I bought a FC ticket. No upgrade was involved. It was in the F bucket.

If you bought a full first with UA mileage account, I think that you are entitled to bonus. My 2 cents.

Well, after being on the phone with no less than 5 people (including various supervisors and managers), who all told me that I was WRONG and that I should've read the website and the changes have been in effect since last September, I received a phone message stating that Bulletin "just came out" and there appears to be a problem with the website when it was converted over (IMAGINE THAT!). No apology, no nothing. The least they could've said was, wow, I guess you were right, sorry about that. My transcons are on UA for a reason...keep this crap up and they will continue to get more and more of the biz traveler's business.
