Your opportunity to have a say is over. Done. Gone. The judge will decide based on whatever arguments are made.
You might have a chance to vote on an alternative if the union can negotiate something meaningful that meets the same cost savings or productivity targets (doubtful at this point), but the only thing that voting no means is that the company just gets their way, and your union will have done nothing except perhaps delaying things by a week or three.

I personally am a NO vote on anything they offer... IF they give us something between SW techs contract and the new United deal I will consider it, Sooooo I guess I am a NO vote!!
And if one of the workgroups is decimated or farmed out would your consideration of wages between SW Techs and the new United be the only factor?
Like your vote matters. You either vote to approve the changes or the company files a motion to abrogate your contract.

I am not a big Union Supporter simply because they have not supported my craft the past 23 years.. Each work group should receive industry standards in my opinion.. I hope everyone keeps their jobs and the company can get back on track but I am a second generation AMT and my father fared much better than it looks like I will, at least in this industry..

My vote will not matter as I am the minority!! Let the judge abrogate, I am not afraid of my standing in life as I have prepared for the future!! I am just tired of all of the people on here trying to tell me that I have no control of my life...BRING IT!!!

Your union, is a Industrial Union and your Craft does not fit into their philosophy. You are only a dues generator. God forbid if you are not a member of the Democrat Party. But I tarry, this thread is about what we will obtain from the bankruptcy. It is rather evident that the airline will shrink. Anything that is not profitable will be adjusted accordingly.
