A trustee's job is to be in charge of the local lodge property and help when there is an audit.

for the clt folks that visit this site. Remember the vote is thursday dec 13th

if your working a double there will be vans available to take you to the union hall.

No matter who you like or dislike your VOTE is needed.. NOW is the time to show the rest of

the system (that in the past has laughed at any unionism in clt ) that clt is coming together in solidarity

How sad..
the incumbents type a a letter and have to ask there shop stewards and loyalist to sign . SO they can make copies and

post all over the station. Point here is . IF you HAD done your JOB . your shop stewards along with the rest of the station

would be supporting you .. Time to get your radio skills up to par.. Mike C.. looks like you'll be back in the gloom and doom

of the airport in Jan.

Hey Oman,
Just be carefull that the I AM MANAGEMENT doesn't pad the votes for the ones that they want in "power" so to speak. It has been known to happen. Will there be somebody trustworthy there to keep them honest and in check? I hope so. Good luck in changing your voice!!!!!!

The "Amigos" are running scared. Their positions are in danger and they think a few fliers posted in the break rooms are gonna save them.

Too little too late. Hope you know where your knee pads are collecting dust. You are gonna need them.

Huge turn out needed. Show we are still strong as a group.
My understanding is that the turnout will be 'something wonderful.' The turnout is a direct result of wanting change. I seriously doubt any of the 3 get elected. I have nothing against any of the 3 but they have continuously positioned themselves as 'more of the same' and have supported Boss Canale 100% and supported the piss clam TA in incredible fashion. At any rate, one of the problems is that none of the 3 incumbents are actually leaders to begin with. Just like CLT's last Local Chair...not a leader, more of a follower type and that is pretty bad when following Boss.

As aside, dont be surprised if the district sends an AGC to the local tomorrow for a rah rah speech [im thinking Karen A] in support of the 3 Canaleites. Further, I'd say local management probably wants the 3 incumbents to stay in.

Separately, the district ticket to oppose Canale is 'shaping up' and CLT's present AGC will have a tough time getting re-elected as change is in order. Both UA and ALoha are thinking like US AIRWAYS workers. The thought is, Canale and his cronies must go. Let's get this done and let's start with new local blood and work our way to finishing this thing off by finally booting Canale back to the UA board of Directors where he belongs with management.

regards,

I hope Tim is right and we get a huge turnout. We need a change and that change be from a overwhelming majority.

Posters and fliers are going up everywhere. Some hold some untruths and some stretch the truth.

Heard something pretty sad tonight. Apparently a lot of the new hires and rookies have no idea who the three incumbents are. They have never seen them and some even have no idea what the up coming vote is all about. We should take it upon ourselves to help them make the right decision. Tell them its time for a change and that change starts with us. Encourage everyone to vote. Let our voices be heard and we can start with tomorrows election. IT'S TIME FOR A CHANGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! VOTE FOR MIKE C., MARK B. and MIKE F.

20 plus years and I've HAD ENOUGH

for those in clt . remember if your working a double or want to vote on your lunch break

vans will be running all day. Voting is at the American Legion Hall off Tyvola rd . IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LOCAL AND YOUR

FUTURE You will come out and vote. THE WHOLE system is watching us. IT's time to pull a PHL and show solidarity with

a large turnout. If you don't vote. then DON'T B-tch .........

sidenote: don't eat the hot dogs.. there laced with kool-aid.

Just got back from voting a little while ago. The turnout seemed to be quite good. Its about time FS stood up to the IAM and let the know we are not taking their BS anymore.

after 600 votes they ran out of ballots with 45 minutes to go, had to make copies.

Did we get as many voting today as we did for the T/A vote? I don't remember what % we had. The way I figure if we get at least 50% it will send a signal.

Local Grievance committee votes normally are about 10%-20% tops. You folks pulled in around 65%-70% today which is consistent with your TA vote that had around 70%. I thought ORD did well in the local voting last week by getting approx 2,000 voting out of 6,000. CLT set the bar higher than ever for a local grievance committee vote. I think what it means is that CLT is tired of Canale and his boys.

Congrats to CLT for their solidarity as measured by their participation. THis turnout demonstrates that solidarity in CLT is solid even though Canale tries to 'collar' it.
