Can we add someone to our term pass if not married? If so how can i get it set up? At my previous airline we could add someone as long as we weren't married and was wondering if Airways had the same type of program. Thanks

At US u can add someone to the registered guest list but I am unsure if u can do it while your married. If u can, just fill out the appropiate paperwork and have to have id and go from there

You can find all the info on Wings in the travel section, everything can now be done online.

you can have a registered travel companion, can be gf, bf, family member whoever. they fly SA4 I think 3 if they are with you

yes as mentioned they are a registered guest. You need to get the form from wings and fill it out and fax it in.
You will need a copy of the persons drivers ID.

also they add 10 % of the lowest fare to your w-2. so it increases your w-2 which could have you owe more tax...
it shows up on your paystub as imputed travel.

they fly SA4 alone and SA3 when with you as mentioned.

to be honest I am not totally sure but I don't think so

This varies between PMAW and PMUS CBA's.

If you fall under the PMUS contract, you may non-rev as long as you are on paid status by the company... if you have been out over 6 months and your salary continuance has expired then your term pass is deactivated until you return to active status. If you are inactive (unpaid by US Airways but paid by Chartis Insurance) you are allowed 2 non-rev passes per person on your term pass while on inactive status. If you are on inactive status and need to obtain a non-rev pass you can request one via WINGS. The information regarding travel should have been included in the packet mailed or emailed to you by the company.

If you are PMAW, you may still non-rev on US only. Your travel remains active as the conctract states there is to be no diminishment of benefits.

as part of the transition to the West travel program - along with lower priority for retirees and family members with the employee - travel while on medical leave is now allowed. You have to be out for a certain number of day, though.

You are also limited in the number of times you can fly as well as being limited to domestic travel only.
