For Adults Only!

So where does one draw the line on racism?

Only when white conservatives do it?

For me it has more to do with intent. Were the KKK to make that skit I would consider it racism.

OH you poor picked on white person... poor poor pitiful you. Whites for the most part have no idea what bigotry or racism is. They have read about it in books and that is pretty much it.

There was a program on a few years back about two families. One black and the other white. The switched spots essentially. They had professional make up artistes come in and and change their races. Both families were shocked by the differences in how they were treated.

I seem to recall watching that show.

Well this guy knows Racism & bigotry when he sees it. I dated a very attractive black woman in the late 1980's and let me assure you that racism is alive and well in suburban PHL.

I also had the unique opportunity to have been recruited by what would now be called a skinhead group. My most vivid recollection of this little slice of heaven was being invited to dinner and as we sat down I happened to notice a very well done portrait of Der Fuhrer himself and he seemed as if he were looking right at me. Needless to say that ended my days as a prospective skinhead and not a moment to soon.

As an individual about all you can do is refuse to buy into the silliness. That beautiful black woman and I lasted about 9 months before I just couldn't stand being mad and embarrassed over the way we were treated. Straw that broke the camels back was a dinner date at a club where I knew the owner and his son was my age. So we're enjoying dinner and Michael comes over to the table when she went to use the laadies room. Point Blank he asks "Bob, Why did you bring an F'ing N-Word in here"? Startled I replied, "I didn't I brought Angela". She comes back he walks away and I throw a $50.00 bill on the table and I haven't talked to him since. going on 24 years now. Don't know if he knows why or care if he does. I'm done. See that's the beauty of Freedom & Individual Liberty. It allows me to ignore his racist ass permanently, which I fully intend to do

Liberal progressive radicals.

Progressive? Why not just call it what it really is Communism! The founders of this great country would turn over in their collective graves if they could hear your comparison.

Progressives want the government to do every thing for them through more regulation, and income redistribution. I doubt that is what George Washington or Thomas Jefferson had in mind. Let alone gays in the military, government sponsored abortion, gun control, open borders, and allowing a non American to be the president. <_<

Dem Damn Communiss.

Dey are eberywhere.

Dose voices in my head.

Dey all say Communiss.

Scuse me I need more ammo in the bunker.

Afore dat Raul Castro trades sugar for it all.

Let us see if the adults in the room will stand up and be counted, or if they capitulate to the tantrum thrower's on the sidelines.

Lessons from 1937

How to avoid a lost decade

So you posted and article from left wing NPR and another from left wing WAPO who's author is "a professor and past president at Harvard, was Treasury secretary in the Clinton administration. He was economic adviser to President Obama from 2009 through 2010."

How about the Obama administration presenting a budget. You know that one that they have been able to do for the past 2+ years!

Budget Failure Drives Debt Ceiling Fight
The Democrats who control the Senate, however, haven't passed one in about two years. The federal government has been moving forward on ad-hoc continuing resolutions. As for the president, early this year he proposed a budget so unrealistic his own party voted it down, then followed up by giving a speech with a budget outline so vague that the Congressional Budget Office refused to evaluate it.
