How is it that government restricting the right to own arms is bad but the government restricting who can or cant get married good?
And before some hammer head says that gun rights are specified in the 2nd and marriage is not try taking a look at the 14th amendment. No one would argue that car or home ownership should be restricted to only heteros? The 14th clearly says that this would be against the law. Laws must be applied equally to all persons.
