I didn't watch the fox news link because THIS thread was about Christians who protested "prayer" in the Senate because it was not THEIR religion. If the Christians want "prayer" in public, they have to understand that there are more than Christian prayers out there.

Guess what? I think you have a winning argument today.

Think about it? I firmly believe that this girl (and her family) did this on purpose. She intended on explaining her Christian Faith at graduation, intended on either being censored or rebuked, and then intended on filing a lawsuit based on 1st amendment rights.

Why you might ask? Well, as you are aware, the Supreme Court is a different Supreme Court from 2 years ago. Moreover, a nearly identical case was argued in California, with the school winning. This case is brought in a Circuit that is more favorable to religious speech than the 9th Circuit, so they will likely come to the opposite conclusion of the previous case.

What does this mean??? A Circuit split of that magnitude would significantly enhance the chances of being decided by the Supreme Court!! And I am sure that you can use your imagination on how the new court would decide such a case! Cheers on this one!
