HP 757's Perpetual Maintanance

thanks for that link , for those of you on the east AC

N901AW is also know as christine as you can see on that page ,because i belive two MX personel have been severaly hurt while working on that plane .

The 2 people hurt were rampers that were run over by the nose gear during push back.
 
A/C 600 on the east is our Christine, first revenue 757 ever in service, Boeing delivered it to EA.

She is also called the Hangar Queen.

US reconfigured all the ex-EA 757s, moving galleys, lavs etc, was pretty cool how the East AMTs came up with wooden scaffolding and beams running through the airplane to keep the fuselage straight when making all the mods.

running boards through aircraft has been happening for years. No news there............

and the oustource mech at SAT that was caught in the reverser when it was accidentally closed while he was working the engine
