Good Luck to you. Having the right attitude will set you up for success. I made the transition about a year ago. It's been bumpy, but I've landed on my feet at SWA about a month ago. The work environment is very good here and I'm very optimistic about the future.

I think I do to... Thank you all for your words of encouragement. My management hasn't even acknowledged I am leaving. I am just hearing through the grapevine that the news is getting around.
Quite honestly this is what they want. They sqeezed out a coworker before me with the way management set us up. Then when they tried to do the same to me I fought back. I know full well I was being setup to where I would go nowhere after fighting back but I didn't think they should get away with it.
In some ways I think I am letting them win by leaving but why should I make myself miserable just to prove a point.
If only we could get some of this enept management gone, maybe this company will make it. Right now I don't have much hope.
It isn't just at Dougs level. I really don't think he knows what is going on at his Manager to Director levels.....That is where it is REALLY SAD!
