IAM needs help from Presidential Candidates!

This is the last straw. AWA will address help from the presidential candidates to help working members. We will wait for the final "Rabbit out of a Hat" but will need senators running for president to get us out of NEGOTIATIONS and into a FAIR! merger of AWA/US AIRWAYS. We are are the end of patience waiting for TALK to make a difference. Workers have waited long enough. Mechanics 6 years, Fleet 2 years. IAM resolves this or we take it to the DEMOCRATES and our state of ARIZONA and others under AWA will help decide the fate of US AIRWAYS!

LOCAL 98 SUPPORTS DREDGING
Local 98 is always thinking about and acting in the interest of job creation. Local 98 officers, members and apprentices gathered at Philadelphia Regional Port Authority's Packer Avenue Marine Terminal on July 30th to show their continued overwhelming support for the dredging of the Delaware River. The dredging project will deepen the shipping channel to 45 feet creating over 100,000 high wage jobs.

We are up against a mountain. If we can make a difference it will rely on our presidential candidates. Where does the CLOUT rain? It's up to government and positions to make a difference. Tonight is the Republican debate in Michigan. Think the candidates can save Michigan? O.K. Lets think Democrats! Who might care for the Under Dog! Clinton, Obama, Edwards? Can they cast doubt on unions?
Write THEM! Our company cares NOT! American Airlines defined the position for airlines. EVERYONE WANTS CHANGE! But who can change minds of any airline? We are not unique. US AIRWAYS is, and unfortunately (AWA) only players.
But, the candidates can NUDGE state SENATORS, as such (Senator McCain) to review the situation.
Do recall Doug has pledged money to McCain campaign. But! Democrats will SPOIL his (McCains) position if he won't be able to clean up his BACK YARD!
Keep plugging Mr. Edwards, Senator Clinton, and Obama.
