IAM US Airways Merger Page

That is thinking with common sense, but we are dealing with U managment....that is why I question Roach's statment in the letter.

Sounds like that would involve opening the contract.

I post on my own time and from my home computer.

When the HP fleet comes in-house it will add Mechanics, Stock Clerks and Utility, the 50 number is the minimum they have to staff.

When the ibt files an objection, why do they keep it hidden from the membership?

Are you talking about the objection to the representation filing iam made ..what 6 months ago???

Just like it took almost two days for the ibt to announce single carrier status.

We all knew the SCS ruling was comong down SOMETIME, that is not news that we did not expect..( sorry we were informed ahead of time to know what to expect, unlike the iam and it's general membership)

Guess the ibt likes to keep info hidden from its members.

Info, no they don't hide any, they just don't care about putting crap out to sway their members into believing something that ain't so... remember your link to the IBT-CWA statement the iam put out saying that the IBT was trying to get seniority that it did'nt deserve, but when you went to the flyteamsters site it said plain as day that it was going to be DOH... I guess someone deleted the thread on here

keep trying
don't let the REAL facts get in your way

Clean up on aisle 7.....

Call a vendor.

Don't worry the $13 AMT at Timco will fix your plane for you, oh wait, they all ready do.

BS...they got caught with their pants down...

e-mailed IBT int'l asking why IAM had posted.....and they had not.

phone calls to IBT 104 1-800 asking why IAM was scamming them....

bingo...next day they posted revealing that they had in fact held it back from their members due to the time stamp on the document....

Better do some checking of that $13 figure, last time I checked they were not to far off pace with the mechanics at Usairways. I believe that is where quite a few U mechanics from Clt went when they too the early out.

Hey numbnuts how many vendors doing U overhaul now? And you better check again what TIMCO pays LICENSED AMT's it is about the same as what IAM represented mechanics make which doesen't say much about your union! And by the way a LICENSED AMT at PSA US Airways express represented by the IAM tops out at about 16.00 so pipe down about pay rates!

Jeez Fanlube,

I think they are numb because his IAM underroos are too tight.

PSA Mechanics represented by the IAM top out at more then a mainline mechanic.

Keep trying.

Answer this 7, as you have stated before, the iam is in transition negotiations with the company. what has been dicussed and agreed. If the iam does weasel it's way in, when do we elect our stewards and such here, are there plans to have anyone here be on the transtion team or does the iam just want to %$%**$$(*&6 us like they have let ya'll get it( ramp also) We just don't believe in rolling over for the comapny

On an unrelated note. Did the iam ever try to organize HP before the IBT came in??????

Really now because the payscale I received from them didn't come close to what the payscale at mainline was. If you have a different one then please let us see it. Did they show the payscale at the interview or, wait thats right you don't have an A&P license so they probably didn't call you for an interview and discuss wage rates.
