Does anyone have the brain power to realize the IAM knows every single card would be signature verified by the NMB?
The IAM had nothing to do with fraudulent cards.

Strangely enough the IAM itself is distancing themselves of any kind of investigation.

If they are so confident of some kind of outside survey "hack", card fraud, etc it would only benefit their cause to get to the bottom of it. It's great PR.

But they aren't and that's the elephant in the room.

How IAM starting my day?= writing my manager and asking for a copy of my sample signature sent to the NMB board.
I've decided that IAM looking at this whole situation as a re-route. We WILL get to our final destination which is being unionized at Delta Air Lines

Show me where IAM is conducting a full blown investigation.

Rather they repeatedly say they want to "move on" and "regroup".

You don't react that way when you have knowingly been wronged. You go on the offense, rather then defense.

Your IAM botched the card drive. Maybe not intentionally but it would be detrimental to their cause if they were to admit so. Their stance now is to play the victim, distance themselves from pursuing an investigation and try to recover from this epic PR disaster.

or perhaps there needs to be some double verification process that doesn't rely on a signature at all.

There needs to be an electronic process that an employee has to acknowledge personally with some type of code IN ADDITION TO something written.

And the signature isn't even close to the only problem that even the IAM acknowledged.

there was MISSING information from the cards.

The IAM or the NMB might say what it is but the group of people who filled out cards en masse around a kitchen table in the dark of a MSP winter night know what was missing.

trying to argue that the NMB threw the case out because someone's signature changed since they were hired is just plain stupid.

What can't be missed is that the IAM supporters on here can't begin to admit that the IAM itself might have screwed up even a little bit - let alone with the whole design and execution of the representation campaign - and that this was ALWAYS a contest between two sides and that the IAM was just plain outsmarted by enough DL employees who really don't want a union - and the IAM refused to acknowledge that reality or hurled forward thinking they could overcome it.

Dude, people have already tried contacting. NMB isn't going to do squat.

Why?

IAM voluntarily revoked the petition. Just repeat that until it sinks in.

People need to pound IAM for the real reason why.

NMB had nothing to do with it.
