Right to Work (for less) Laws do not apply to airline workers who are unionized.
Airline workers are covered by the Federal Law, The Railway Labor Act.
Only if there was a RTW(for less) at the Federal level would it then apply.
The RLA provides for closed shops which airlines are, a condition of employment is joining the union.
State by state RTW for less laws do not apply to unionized Airline Workers.
And if you think being non-union versus union in the airlines, go ask the ramp and customer service what US did to them in 1992.
Downgraded 40% to part-time
Eliminated their pension
took away their sick time
took away their vacation time
took away their OJI protection
outsourced mail, freight and most of caterting
outsourced express work
cut their pay and benefits
took away family insurance for part-time same cost as full time making it $300 a month for coverage
