Ireland Winter 06

You don't know who Bono is?

I was referring to my love of Guinness. Everything after that did not matter. :D

I am still working on the poster that does not know who Bono is...can you sat Looser...

Of course I know who Bono is. He's the lead for the Rolling Stones.

Refer to the above post/quote. I love U2, but Guinness came first. Maybe you should think a little before tossing out names.

Added: It might have helped if my attachment showed up as well, but for some reason it did not.
Let me try it again: LOL.gif

Look Obviously Guinness is the most Important!!
Still has the Europe schedule been announced for next summer
yet?? all the others finalised theres in NOV at the latest, Probably
too late for alterations to service now... Waiting for a press release
( yeah right! )...

ETOPS 757 service would be logical, but would that involve a cabin rennovation to accomodate Envoy seating? CO did it with their Euro-757's (16 seats up front vs. 24 on a domestic 757). If US were to move to 16 seats on all 757's, with a handful configured with the Envoy seating/pitch, then they could have a somewhat consistent fleet to serve both types of flying well. And, having those seats for a PHX-HNL flight wouldn't be so bad, either.

CO does have a Business Class product on their 757s. AA, on the other hand, sells their transatlantic 757s as all-coach, then gives the domestic F seats to their top-level frequent fliers and full-fare Y buyers. I think that might be a better option for US, though the FFs won't like it--the markets in question don't have much premium demand, unlike CO who uses the 757s to a number of business markets.

I agree. They are shorter transatlantic flights and as long as they don't sell the seats as J tix, then I think it would be a good way to use the planes domestically and in Europe. Also, if a biz trav really needs to fly J, then US codeshare flt through another city can be booked instead of the 757. They should expand the FC cabin beyond 8 seats though.

Would this be continued nonstop from PHL to DUB and SNN, or a single aircraft to serve both cities?
