That is irony. A decade or more of concessions AND union dues. At least no sick time was left in the bank of no fault.

I said that 2 years ago... after all $240mil from RSA, millions from employee concessions, and millions of restructured debt, and this is still a BK company, with little prospect for long-term success.

To all the non airline folks, who read these boards. The majority of US workers, are not represented by the rt wing zingers from the unions on these boards. The majority do not agree with the few you read posting on here. The radicals would have you to believe, that all employees hate management, hate their jobs, and hate life in general! Not only is that false, (these polls, and the voting for cost cuts the past 2 times,) have shown it! They are in denial, complete utter denial..... Usairways will return one day to make money, and put our customers first. Hopefully , after weeding out the slackers, that day will come sooner, rather than later. You my friend are in denial only 3000 out of 6000 voted sounds to me that our employee base is just to stupid or really doesn't care I choose to think the later but you believe what you want but this company treats us like sh#$ and you know it. I wish 90% would have banged in ...........

................It's too bad your management team has never heard of the golden rule,, " Do unto other as you would have them Do unto you"..[ -23% paycut for the workers vs. 1-5%, in some cases 0% paycuts for management-]...."Oh, we have no intention of contracting out Aircraft Heavy Maintence"....
