Looks like it may have happened a week or so back. Called all the other TWU leaders that they were lazy. Said he was taking a long hiatus and left. Won't answer calls or emails...etc.

Alright I did a little check on this one and as expected here was the response I got back.

I'm not chasing the tail of every post that someone writes on FB. And all the group pages I'm on am seeing nothing on this?

If someone writes that Tim likes to dress in drag on weekends and sit in Dog parks feeding birds should I quiz him on it just because he's here on these pages?

Because at that moment and where he was I wasn't going to press him. Plus the comment for me spoke volumes and we've both spoken to each other like that before when we've heard something a little bit out there.

A lot of people on Social Media like to make things up for their own individual personal kicks. Too bad that there are so many gullible people who fall so easily for, well let's just say again "nonsense"

I just thought it was kind of rude how they said they're always laughing at you. I don't laugh at people with mental issues. That's wrong. It's not there fault that the screws weren't bolted very tight and rattle a little.

Those IAM Leaders making the money you used to make and don't any longer are incorrigible.

They laugh at everyone. They just don't listen though and I have been incredibly successful bringing the hammer at them. They will suffer "Great Pain" if they can't close a solid deal. It will be HAMMER TIME once again. We don't need to lose Lav at LAA or Catering at LUS or any other stations that have survived 2 bankruptcies. I have serious reason NOT to reconcile with Klemm and this district, which is a complete disaster. It would be like reconciling with management or any other right wing outfit. Klemm is a management shill. I have never been against my Local and have delivered victories for the Local leaderships over the years by strategizing their campaigns. IAM Locals aren't responsible for negotiations and are mostly peeps who sacrifice their own time and don't get paid anything, so their feet are on the ground.

Oddly, you are more in touch with our IAM District than me, as your own Local disbanded you and you searched for acceptance. I could understand your pain of losing your Local election by a thorough beating but you just aren't a politician. I don't mean that in a bad way, I just think that you tell it like it is and don't shake hands and kiss babies. That said, you must move on and learn from the error of your ways. Holding hands with 700, stasi, and Lehive or other pollyanna types just is poor taste.

Tim you just have so much built up anger. You need to let it go. It's toxic and so bad for your mental health. You're obsession with these people who are doing magnificent work that you just can't see because of your bitterness has you blind with hate. Let it go Tim. Yes you were let go and have never been considered again to do any work for anyone in the IAM. It's not your fault. It's their loss that they don't recognize the value you can offer them perhaps in fear of your ambitions. It's ok Tim. Let it go. Find the happiness you once had for life. Walk in a garden and smell the flowers. Please Tim find yourself again before it's too late.

Contact Klemm and all those people you've besmirched and tell them that you're sorry. That you wish then well and realize your obsession needs to come to an end. That you recognized that you needed help. That you want to be better. You want to be productive and happy again. That you want to put away your laundry basket and get on with life.

He can't be a bigger liar than Tim? C'mon now. No way? Besides I said it before and I'll say it again. I haven't heard the name Mike Klemm come up even once in our JCBA talks and that's what this topic is "supposed" to be about, right?

Nope. Haven't heard the guy's name mentioned not even once.

And we thank you for not reconciling with Klemm. Now if you can stop stirring up 700 and Weez. That's where you lose us at Tim, you always revert to personal childlike attacks instead of sticking to the issues. When you focus on the issues there are none among us that can rival you and your expert opinion.

A few weeks back Tim and I had an excellent debate/discussion where I think we both came out the better for it and learned a few things. He agreed with some of the things I had to say and I agreed with some of his. Now by far I wouldn't call him an expert and I think he has some difficulty in getting the whole picture, he does bring up some valid points when he can maintain some self control. Anyway that exchange was so good that I even texted him a thank you for it. But I knew it was going to be another few and far between exchange.

He sometimes does bring up good points that we can learn from but like you said when he gets emotional and jumps on the soap box he losses people. IMO he doesn't have the ability to control himself? And that's a shame.

Back on topic.

In the CSA contract the agents have 10 holidays at Double time. The agents have the ability to exchange the extra pay for 2 more weeks of vacation. Do you like that idea?

If that were to come to us, would those vacation days be placed into the mix when we chose our weeks the year before or would those weeks be relegated to left over weeks during the slow season such as Feb or Mar?
