Well I am sure and Parker is sure. Stop building walls against good information. And stop busting personal attacks when people provide good information that the readers themselves can process.
What information do you have? Did they or didn't they sign since March?

Do you have any updated information that you would like to share?

"Official" link or photo document please.

I think I'll wait until the man puts out his personal communication to the membership as was conveyed in the last update before I pound my fists in anger at whatever the decision is.

Besides haven't you in the past affiliated yourself with Ford and Harrison and utilized their services. The most popular well known Union busting Law Firm in the Country. "Allied Ground Workers"

So what should I think about you? Or should I consider that the product of an ignorant and naive past young Tim Nelson and let bygones be bygones and you've matured since then?
there you go again speaking out of your .... You need to know how to make statements without question marks. At any rate, the only dabblings I ever had with Ford and Harrison were when I kicked their arse when AirTran hired them to beat my organizing campaign. It was a thorough joy to sit next to the F & H attorney when the final numbers popped on the screen.
That said, I'm not doing the senioirity recommendations. He is a nice and gentle man and will write love letters to the members regarding seniority but he is not the one who should be doing this. Our Labor Organization should be doing this but the reason why Javits was hired was because the Association doesn't want to piss off the company.

Why would they care about that? If someone's "occupational" seniority changes is that going to cost the company any money?

What a silly comment.

Let's hope to God that our negotiation team doesn't hammer us as the IAM hammered the United peeps, as all improvements were future stamped.

Yes because they were in limited issue negotiations and their contract had not expired yet. Their next scheduled raise wasn't until November and the company gave them a one time bonus before that to make their burdens just a little easier.

I've seen lot's of agreements out there where certain improvements come in stages down the line. And the Pilot's, Flight Attendant's and Agents at AA also faced implementation challenges for some articles in their CBA's. Even wages themselves were not instituted right away but they did recieve back pay when the payroll system was updated.

Next?

It amazes me after getting to know you much better over the last few years that you wanted to try and start your own Union with you at the helm. Nothing personal really but you've consistently shown me that you don't even know how to read and understand even the basics in our two contracts. The readers here who are regulars have to have noticed by now that you are always bringing up other contracts to ask about them when many are readily available online to peruse at your leisure and to reference.

I think it would have been very scary if you had been successful. And I'm just not a paranoid type of person.

(Bet you wish someone would purge this infernal link)

Actually, I'm proud of creating the Allied Ground Workers. Like any union, it has to start with interim officers which have to be elected under law. It's actually a path that I think our group may need to consider if the Association falters and eventually signs a shady deal or can't finish the job by January. Our pilots and stews decided on a similar path so independence is a viable option as opposed to the oldtime outdated AFLCIO Labor Organizations which have been a disaster for unions. Not sure of the history, but my guess is that 50,000 American Airline workers have chosen independence from the paternal AFLCIO since this property is based in Texas.

I even tried to raid the TWU at American back in 2005!

Unlike you, everything I do is straight up and public, as my handle. I looked up things that you did and nothing came up. Funny how you claim I'm just a keyboard guy yet my accomplishments for working people are too numerous to mention, while I don't believe you have actually ever done a thing for working people other than blab your mouth behind a keyboard. You even fooled yourself into thinking that somehow you fooled your local members, but you got spanked so hard that you decided to blast your own Local President and flip to becoming an IAM Pollyanna and tag teaming with 700.

I still like Kev. Just don't like that he has some type of relationship with you where he NEVER disagrees with you. I like 700UW as well but I've disagreed with him plenty of times publicly.

And any time you post your opinions (not factual information) and it's rants that come from the other side of crazy town I'm going to whack you for it and belittle the message you're trying to propel for what it is. Psycobabble.

As far as this guy Javits I have no opinion on him cause I've never had any personal experience with the man. So enjoy yourself there I guess.
Never disagree? On anything? You sure?

Spoiler alert: We do.

BTW, lots of discussion about AGW on here back in the day. I think you might be surprised at where some of the support was coming from...

Heck, I even stuffed an additional .75 cents per hour into your pocket with a successful campaign against TA1 in the media.

The IBT was ONLY at four stations, BOS, BUF, PHL and PIT and they made less money than the rest iof the US system Tim and his half truths again.

And the company doesn't need the union's acceptance of PS. As long as it's applied to every ramper and mechanic th same way they can pay it out to you.

Prime example did the union sign off on the triple play money?

Nope they didn't and they still paid it to you and the union said or did nothing about it.

If you ever do decide to get something off the ground again, please stay out of it. Plant the seed in someone else's mind and stay as far away as possible. Don't call them, don't E-Mail them and as a matter of fact don't even be in the same State as them. Please. I'm begging you here.

Yes. I think I read about that somewhere? Never heard a peep about it back in 05 but again I think I read about it somewhere? Maybe I read it from you that you tried? Anything official that I can read somewhere?

I know. I'm a goofball, moron, dope, arsehat, Pollyanna chasing Cindy around for a date.

You need to purchase a Thesaurus Tim. Get some new words.

Not lately. Or at least not publicly.

Question:

If you had actually worked for that airline and knew that TA1 was going to keep your city open and had a whiff that a turn down would have brought a second TA putting your city on the chopping block, would you "maybe perhaps" taken just a "slightly" different route?

It's very easy to get involved in OTHER people's business when it's not going to affect you Tim.

Good job. Be proud of yourself.

EDIT:

Forgot to add. Thank you for the quarters Tim but that doesn't really impress me if you haven't figured it out by now. I don't sit at my desk counting my shekels with my greedy little sweaty hands. Not my main motivator.

Unless this site and FB don't count?
If you say so I guess? Don't really want to get into this again with you. The readers can make up their own minds.
