I'd say the same thing if it was you...
You shouldn't. I don't believe in free speech with unlimited boundaries. If you do then it's why I asked you if you were an anarchist the other day.

OMG, i just found out that i broke the IAM record for the one person who has been fired the most times! Unknown to me, i guess i was tied with numerous other trouble makers at 2, but now i did the hat trick and got the belt!

Previously, 2 other pollyannas got me fired, ie., karen and canale. Within a couple years i got those two booted out and im sure ill get klemm booted as well. Its what i do.

In fairness to karen, we ended up seeing eye to eye.

Im now the title holder. Nobody else got whacked 3 times. Maybe ill push it to 6 over the next 15 years.

Why wasn't an election held originally?
Why wasn't he able to stay in his spot until one was held?
There was never an election because we only had 3 who wanted to stand in the gap. By contract, we need 3 committeeman and now we are down to 2 because i heard the cry baby's feelings.

Worldport  most if not all of the East side has BCBS  at least thats what we believe since like 2 or 3 yrs ago

AANOTOK   my injury is not work related     In MD you as an employee working in MD for the airline doesnt have to go to company doctor though our mgmt team will tell you otherwise   One of our guy who hurt his shoulder in the MD 80 bin was told to see company doc   he then followed them and it never got better   His family doc told him under MD law he can go to his primary   He told me that himself.  Right now we have at least 3 or 4 peeps including myself out

Worldport I hope youre wrong too about us losing our health care

You're a good soldier, WeAAsles. I hope they reward your fealty.

...And the people represented get caught in the crossfire...

The pet clinic they try to make us go to here is sketchy. Worth it to go to a doc you're comfortable with.

here the company docs are crack heads and quacks   i prefer my own...   🙂

No fealty Sir. Very much a free agent and thinker. The only reward I want is a JCBA brought to me with as little distraction as possible.

And I hope your nomadic pursuits continue to serve you well.

Just wanted to do a quick update on the IAMPF video. I'll be putting out the video shortly but it is primarily directed at our TWU brothers and sisters and is based on the fact that the Association, both the TWU and IAM, together, proposed to the company to adopt Legacy US IAM Pension Plan and increase for all classifications. Therefore, it is imperative that the TWU members be kept informed and out of the dark as a retirement plan is one of the most important things in a contract.

Good I'll make sure the SEC gets it since your not a a licensed actuary or financial advisor.

Oh boy. don't you have some sloppy joe's to make for a pcnic today?

At any rate, I'll post it on this site as well so we can make sure that all the TWU peeps are fully educated on the plan.

The disturbing nature of the retirement proposal is that many TWU members are not aware that the Association proposed to adopt the IAMPF on all the classes. I will be exposing the IAMPF to these TWU members so they can be fully aware of the IAMPF disaster. Also be informing of the new pension law that hammers only union workers.

That's alright. The TWU negotiators have financial experts and actuaries that will inform them if the plan is a good value to try and negotiate with the company to offer to us. Thankfully from what I know at least for the Fleet side they're keeping an open mind towards listening and understanding what that value is and they will be the ones to present it to us the members when they go back to their respective Stations.

They're all quite aware of the "video laundry man" and aren't paying any attention to him outside of (honestly) lots of laughter. (Seriously)

Nope. Here in MIA we have a President, 2 Vice Presidents, Recording Secretary, Financial Secretary and 3 Executive Board members. Not to mention Cheif Stewards and Shop Stewards.

At least where I work jobs like Grievance Comittee, Chairman and Section Chairman are only titles that are given as special favors for friends so they can have some status and make a couple of extra bucks paid for by me.

Besides (your boy) doesn't even understand his own contract so why would I want to hand him a Greivance?

Where are the people who were ELECTED and paid to do the job?

Pretty disrespectful to belittle representatives and their positions as "special favors."

As a matter of fact, a couple of those you described received rave reviews from yourself no too long ago.

You also had a position given to you by the administration you ran with, I don't suppose you'll categorize that as a "special favor."

Yep the TWU represented folks are going to believe a fleet service clerk giving pension advice (practicing without a license) the IAMNPF and the SEC will have a field day with you.
