Rumor here is that the company wants ready reserve in line with DLWeAAsles said:Some items seem to be missing? But at least it does give a good gauge on the items that are left to discuss.
How does that work (ready reserve)?Worldport said:Rumor here is that the company wants ready reserve in line with DL
Never mind. Just a quick scan over some previous topics/comments, I found the answer.AANOTOK said:How does that work (ready reserve)?
They basically got starting pay with no benefits (only flight) and were limited to the amount of hours they worked. When LUS had them they were a minute percentage. The program didn't work for us here and they stopped it. They would come for flight benefits and realize it was easier to buy a ticket on Jetblue. Some of them were really out there and they all looked like BobAANOTOK said:Never mind. Just a quick scan over some previous topics/comments, I found the answer.

Using common sense here. If our negotiators were holding firm on "Temps" how do you think they'd react to Ready Reserves?Kev3188 said:I hope the Association considers any language like that to be a deal breaker...

I doubt it since you guys didn't even really use it and that's why it was taken out for your last contract.Worldport said:Leaves me to wonder if the subject would have been brought up if we went for the quick contract?
Depends on what sort of carrot was offered up at the same time...WeAAsles said:Using common sense here. If our negotiators were holding firm on "Temps" how do you think they'd react to Ready Reserves?
I very much doubt they have a big enough carrot personally? AND they have no RR at UAL or SWA either. Delta is the only one who flys with that crap on the ramp these days.Kev3188 said:Depends on what sort of carrot was offered up at the same time...
