No contract for Delta. So what the company gives and takes away is sketchy. On the other contracts they're all different and similar in certain areas. And different groups in our industry have different needs for what they do.

Anyway on Fleet. I see both good and bad items on the 4 I read the most. AA, US, UAL and SWA.

In case you haven't been able to tell, I LOVE reading contracts.
Is there a big disparity in pay for the two UAL groups how about vacation weeks and holidays? Do they have a different medical plan? Thanks for reading their contracts because it there is I will stand down. Maybe Tim could chime in, he works with those guys

DL has three different pay scales for the ramp and in the past hasn't even given the ramp and its three different pay scales the same percentage raise.
The DL ramp and passenger service top out with a different sum?

I "think" they pay less in monthly medical costs then AA but they're out of pocket deductibles and co pays are insane from what I've read (and seen) on FB pages.

Work rules essentially they have none since the company makes the rules.

I answered that on the last page. By agents I assume you mean us. They're certainly not up in arms judging by my conversations with most people when they ask me about the progress.
So then I can assume they are happy because that is what I asked you. Hey Tim how about ORD are they happy Bob DFW?

Worldport seriously look them up. All 4 contracts for Fleet are available online. But after you look at the money items read about the work rule ones too. SWA for example seems to work much harder for the money they make then we do. And a CSM can also do the work with you.

You want a manager in your box telling you what to do all day long?

The ramp on DL has three different pay scales and they all dont top out at the same rate.

I'm sure they'll be happier when they get a raise. Why pretend otherwise. So will I.

Took a lot to get that out of you. that glass is always half full isn't it. I kind of envy that I'm serious

Top out is the same for both groups.

The 3 scales 700 mentioned are for: Hired before '05, hired after '05 (middle steps are different.), and Ready Reserve.

Vacation is fantastic. Up to 8 weeks if you play your cards right...

Weez all I'm saying is our contract will look a lot like our passenger service as it does at our competitors The negotiators have an outline to work with. Yes I'm over simplifying it, but basically that's it .You'll see

Thanks Kev my whole point is we are going to be in the same ballpark as our passenger service. The pay will be more because of UAL but everything else in the ballpark
