Hey Doug, here's an idea for your forthcoming compensation proposal. Add the two pilots total hourly pay together. Next, divide that by two. The guy in the left seat will get an extra $5 "Lead Pilot" pay. Since "B FUND" contributions are based on pay, this is only fair to those of us who will now NEVER see the left seat. ("Lead Pilot") This would also fairly compensate those of us that were here, when the now
"Lead Pilot" was in High School algebra class. Call it your "final, best offer", and this this will pass with no problem. Good luck, Doug. You have us RIGHT where you want us!
