Truth be known every single pilot in the USAir system should be concerned about scope.

The AA Term Sheet allows 880 RJs of 90 seats. We only have a few planes more than 500 among East, West, and express combined. Why do USAir pilots think they will ever see the AA rates if we have that kind of scope?

Yes, everyone needs to wake on this one, you forgot to mention that the 319's could all be parked and replaced with 195's. Hummel will wind up with a nice package from the company as did Tosi,and Pollock. Stand by for Aug. 8th

This MOU, when completed, will address the following concerns:

Pay Parity after 3 years

5. Scope Protection (block hours)?! So we could give all our planes to them to replace their MD80s, and we could fly our block hours on E190s.
9. Pay Parity after 3 years?! WTF? In three years most of the planes on Former East/West routes could be E190s.

These are PROTECTIONS that are being sought. When do you want to start..after the POR (s) are announced..or now?Let me get this straight..you don't want pay parity with Delta in 3 years?The tears in the boardroom were classic, BPR reps actually sticking their heads in the room and yelling to others, so as not to be "in the room" so a vote could be taken.The big one, the P4P guy, was crying up and down the hallways of the union office. I don't know if I like the idea of the east being panicked. Just like in the cockpit, when people panic stuff usually gets #$%#ed up. We may not fly together, but we're still one pilot group.
