I don't mind posting this public. I'm not afraid of my stand at all. I do what I think is right. I will do what I have always done. I will go to the meeting. I will listen with an open mind. I will not make snap judgements about it or presuppose it to be what it might not be. I don't know at this point what it is.

I'll do what I did with LOA93. I'll read it, listen to the presentations, weight the consequences and vote (if I am given the chance). I did all those things with LOA93 and I voted no. I didn't vote no until I really had time to process it and that is where I am.

One pilot, one vote.

And the FAA went through its process of an Aviation Rulemaking Committee which led to Notice of Propsed Rulemaking and a period of time where you could send comments to express your opinion.

Ultimately, Congress passed legislation pretty much unanimously changing the rule.

It wasn't the ALPA bogeyman that seems to be hanging around many of your necks like an Albatross...

And stand by, they're going to let us fly 'til 67 because of the "pilot shortage" and the 1500 hour ATP rule for 121 Carriers!

No backpedaling at all, there are still some senior guys like myself that support the junior ones, and some that could care less about them, however I believe most of them will sell out the junior guys for a little raise. Hope that clears it up for you.

Sure you agree. I am astonished how the eastern group considers a six yr reach to parity after being the lowest paid in the industry for years on end. What is six more years when you were already the lowest paid for six. Why not make it an even twelve? And Hummell is willing to bite on this? Parker has a new Biotch. My money says the eastern group takes the industry to a new level of givebacks to give the Franke Group their dream merger and bonuses. After one year, they will be complaining of the top end bonuses, guaranteed.

Wait till you see your new definition of Forward. It means bankrolling APA s retirement plan, while you got nothing. Nice. If that is moving past gridlock, you just got T boned by an APA semi. Your group is willing to take the management hits time and again. This one will be the new low. You will be the laughingstock of the industry. Your earnings blew DAL s away, and they get a huge raise. You will wait six years, and bankroll the APA. Unbelievable.
