I've know him for about 30 years and I doubt he would be a snake handler. I know that he has handled a lot of other, well, stuff.

So EC, how about YOU fill us in our the whole pension deal. How was it funded? How did it lose so much so quickly and more than the management's did in the same time? What do you think of the PBGC's handling of our money?

Did you happen to pick up that he was not asking Parker to make up the pension, but just to give them some info? Naw, you were too busy laughing.

I'm sure he's a swell guy, Pi. Most of my posts are tongue-in-cheek in our dysfuctional forum with my pilot friends. Most of the talk on the West is along the lines of stupidity we see rather than a hatred of the East. Bob picked up the Mike and introduced himself to West pilots via the CLT crew news. He may not be a snake handler but he reminds me of a preacher who has his hands out reaching through the television to ask me for money.

I think Doug had a similar reaction and could not wait to change the channel fast enough. He made it clear he did not acquire the pension problem. I'm not too happy about Bob using my dues money to pursue it either.

I think this video sums up the way we feel about our dues money being wasted on lost causes. Pay attention to the end. I think I speak for a majority of the Cactus pilots.

You guys watch Doug's CLT crew news sessions? He is still talking about a 3 way seniority integration. Is that why he canceled the PHX one? So that he wouldn't have to listen to the screams of protest?
So you believe what Parker says during crew news. Ok

Go back and listen to what Parker has to say during the pension portion.

"That's what we acquired."

"What we bought had a terminated pension plan."

Your airline was going out of business. AWA came along and saved you career.

Did I say that I believed him clear? Simply pointed it out and made a comment about the west crew news because your guys went ballistic over that last time. You, like boy, read what is not there.

Did you pay for it? I thought the audit showed the committee stayed within the budget that was provided by an assessment on EAST pilots.

Was West money used to sue the Cactus 18?

Was West money used to pursue false ID theft charges against 3 West pilots?

Shall I go on?

If the West pilots were satisfied with the way their dues money was spent, there would not be a need to fund Leonidas to defend ourselves against a union that claims to respresent all the pilots of US Airways.

Many more than just "4" in Cleary's head. Totally capable individual stymied by a lack of physical stature and the complete lack of ability to ever say "yes." Hope he enjoys ordering around the staff of his gym, carwash, or whatever; and telling them all "power is never given, it is taken." Don't get this whole Compass Correction link to Hummel. In turning down the sad clown's election appeal the DOL made it very clear Compass was not Hummel. Maybe McKee can get Janet elected in DCA, and turn the whole process on its head. That is what we need right now. Three other of Cleary's partners in failure are already out with him on medicals, with Parrella and Brookman soon to follow. Seems, unlike the rest of us, they saw union work as a way NOT to fly, rather than a means to making the job more enjoyable than it already is.Bravo to the CLT reps on their union hall meeting (never a bad idea in any situation) the day before the big unveil, though I blush with embarrassment at DiOrio still trying to put his nose back under the tent. He did some very fine work, and much of what has not happened was not his fault. But begging for attention after 4 years of FPL and not flying the line is sad. Just a suggestion, why not wait for the MOU briefing before rallying the troops…that way they can actually react and speak to facts. The NAC is doing exactly what the entire BPR directed them to do, get protections for all Airways pilots in the event of a merger with AMR. We all know that is going to happen, so why not at least wait for the details before condemning the process, a process that already is having more success than any in the last four years.Greeter.

Wait to see what is in it?

I never trust anyone who wants a meeting about a document that already exists but refuses to send the document, or even a read ahead package. Meetings like that always end up with people at the table quickly forming coalitions to cut someone else out from the table. If you ain't got the read ahead... Then you are the one they are gonna cut out.

Are we talking about the C18 or other issues? No, you were making fun of a friend and the PIC. I fought for the C18, so save it.

Have you noticed that no one is asking the current management team for more money? The are asking for the documents that they are now the keeper of. Why does that bother you or Parker? He is correct, he had nothing to do with the pension so why not cooperate?

But that is how it was sold. Someone in management was going to jail and they were going to get your pension back or at least more money. Now you say they are not asking for any money.

3.5 million spent on the investigation and you guys got nothing.

Why all the secrecy around the magic document? If they have the facts release them. The judge the information just waiting for summary judgement. The summary judgement is about a new trustee or not. If denied you are dead in the water with no answers.

3.5 million wasted.

AA Pilots are as UNIFIED as we've ever been, and ready to fight to the death.

Had we voted Yes to the POS TA, we'd be stuck with the industry's WORST contract for up to 10 years. But I'm sure you knew that, too.

Now go live on your knees and vote Yes on anything that comes your way. We, the pilots of AA, will carry your water for the foreseeable future. You're welcome
.

Even the judge didn't let AA take scope and furloughs to get out of bankruptcy. If they were ALPA pilots they would have already caved and would be resting to fight another day.

DP talked about a three way only in the context of saying that "some believe" you might go in front of the mediator with three parties instead of two.

The glaring omission was he failed to tell the room full of east pilots that one of those three parties would have an unquestionably ripe DFR case based on the mere fact of their presence.

Get over it PI...the Nic is the only system seniority list at LCC....and therefore, is the only list to use in case of merger between LCC and another company.

As far as the pension investigation guy....Robert is it???...Parker should have looked that guy in the face and said...so, you are a usapa supporter and committee member???? Don't come to me with fairy tales and other righteous BS you effin scab.

Then we would all know Parker is an honest guy.

Did you fight for the Cactus 18 out of the goodness of your heart or because you recognized that it was a failed strategy....Mr Pi?

I asking the question is the same manner as "Bob" in a self-righteous tone.

Because it was WRONG.
