Sitting on the desk, along with the stains from something odd, some dust, and a couple of documents pertaining to attempts to merge with UAL and DAL. His desktop means nothing

And hopefully soon usapa's corruption will mean nothing, but be a PIMPLE on the BUTT of UNIONISM.

Yes, those who yell loudest about "not ripe" are too blind to see the 9th's premise was that the merits cannot yet be evaluated until... Wait for it.... Until AFTER negotiations (between USAPA and the company) are COMPLETE and RATIFIED... Because of contengcies that will undoubtedly bring about changes...

A merger with another 10,000 pilots and another group of 1,500+ furloughs, more than five years later presents even more contengencies than have already occurred...but yes the only thing that is written in stone is that Nic will flip out if s/he doesn't get credit for saving AA pilots from the unemployment line :lol:.
Hi Clown, I see you are still a buffoon. Tell us clown, why you think usapa will be negotiating anything? Have you read the latest Nac? Usapa is in an advisory capacity only until it ceases to exist. Tell me clown, what happens to our TA when the apa takes over?
 
Why would APA use DOH? It does not benefit them. They have been thought the merger with the old guys and they stapled them. Another group of old guy no problem. Just have to use M/B.

Besides if APA agreed to DOH they would have the TWA guys all up in their business. You do know the TWA guys filed a law suit against APA last week right?

No old guys APA wants nothing to do with DOH.

DOH with 6 or 7 year fences would benefit them greatly. The east captain jobs coming open through attrition would go to AA pilots, and not a bunch of snot-nosed westie new-hires.
 
Smartest Guy in The Room- You are right, no East group could unseat ALPA, OOPS! The very core of the entire issue, the dumping of ALPA and thwarting the Nic. All done by a bunch of East guys, one of them the Exec VP. Won't happen will it........

The east can't unseat ALPA. They won't even get a hundred ballots.

Exactly NYC Busdriver. The snot nosed westoffs think they have friends at AA. The AA pilots are well versed in the doings of the Franke Disciples. They know who will cross a picket line. Better to have them at the bottom and ride out what is left of anybodys career than have them at the top where they can do the most damage and fly the Int'l and keep the metal moving. They have seen the posts here on the willingness to cross. They know the potential damage a westoff left seat driver can do. I have an uncle who was at Wein. These westoffs ruined that airline.
 
You are clueless on them wanting your group up there with the longest time left to fly. They want you as far down as possible so they can take care of their own guys. And DOH is the best way to make it happen looking at the list. DOH clears the East group out of the way the quickest. Putting the guys with the least amount of time left on the property on the bottom is a total waste for them. The Nic is the worst possible outcome for an AA pilot. And they know it.
Have you not figured out that the AA boys want all of us below them? Not just the west. They dont care how old you are or when you will retire. Ask the TWA boys. APA is not going to agree to DOH because it puts to many pilots in front of AA pilots. They don't want you there for a day a week and moth or a year.

The APA does not care if it is west or east senior to them. They don't care about the Nicolau list and how it is ordered. They do care about DFR and how many "outsiders" are ahead of them. DOH is dead.

Figure that out or you are going to be severely disappointed again.

Don't forget it's going to be the APA in charge not usapa or Cleary.

I only use the scab word either specifically regarding certain individuals....i.e. scab Bradford...scab Mowery...etc.

Or, as a general term to discribe usapa supports who are actively persuing other peoples jobs.

I have said all along just wait and see what happens in the courts. Whatever the list is I will survive. It is you Westoffs that get hard at the thought of jumping ahead. An AWA pilot did not have such a stellar career. To be honest I never applied there. And your recent contract is only the first that had anything halfway decent. So you see, other airline pilots would agree with that also. For years, AWA was not the place to go. If you compared my 30 yrs to anyone at your airline, I would have out earned that AWA pilot by a factor of most likely three to one. It is only the last few years you could make that claim, and we have moved forward again. So again, your captain over time was not a valuable position.

Dont confuse them with facts. I cried for a week when I didnt get hired at A&W. Oh wait , I didnt apply.
