Boys there is no NIC order, straight DOH sorry.

Yep...and your DOH will be the day of the merger, along with the other 5400 LCC pilots in Nic order.

Don't worry though.....they will put a one way fence around PHL,Clt and PHX that does not allow you out, but lets them in.

Such an angry you man, that's no way to live you need to call EAP and get some help and maybe take Fodase with you. Now take three slow deep breaths and say everything will be OK.!!!!!

You mistake anger for straight shooting. I just speak my mind and am not angry at all. Disgusted is a much better description of my feelings toward the east.

In typical easthole fashion you will keep saying that I am angry because it makes you feel somehow superior. Keep repeating the east lies in hopes that people will believe you:

The nic is dead..

US saved AWA...

DOH is the gold standard...

When was project Zanzibar implemented?......oh, wait, it was not...AWA bought US instead.
OK I'ts time for a re-visit.....On September 26, 2007, as part of the integration efforts following the merger of US Airways Group and America West Holdings Corporation (“America West Holdings&rdquo😉 in September 2005, America West Airlines, Inc. (“AWA&rdquo😉 surrendered its Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA&rdquo😉 operating certificate. As a result, all mainline airline operations are now being conducted under US Airways’ FAA operating certificate. In connection with the combination of all mainline airline operations under one FAA operating certificate, US Airways Group contributed one hundred percent of its equity interest in America West Holdings to US Airways. As a result, America West Holdings and its wholly owned subsidiary AWA are now wholly owned subsidiaries of US Airways. In addition, AWA transferred substantially all of its assets and liabilities to US Airways. All off-balance sheet commitments of AWA were also transferred to US Airways. This transaction constituted a transfer of assets between entities under common control and was accounted for at historical cost.

Just exactly how are you going to get that?
We already have it here, it's sure ashame about all the attrition that is going on (east that is) so many upgrades and widebody slots available, by the way how's that west attrition going. Your senoir pilots are fed up with you angry and furloughed F/Os, like the May 8th video better apply to Air China!!!! Wait a minute I forgot Ferguson is going to get you all those damages.

True enough, the APA has done a great job of managing their leverage with both Horton and Parker, very impressive! After they get finished squeezing Horton's balls they are going to go after Parkers', they know how bad he wants this deal and that he will pay more to get it. Problem is, at least for us, is that the more it ends up costing Parker, the more it will cost us in the "end" and I mean that both figuratively and literally!

Furthermore, it's not going to be much fun when the APA gets around to dealing with us either. Just ask TWA, Reno Air and Air Cal, MB not withstanding.

I agree completely. A moment's admiration for their tactics thus far makes them no less likely adversaries, unless/until/if ever the US employee group interests are addressed and secured.

This is all, of course, assuming that team tempe doesn't "manage" to ultimately blow yet another deal anyway....

Ames: Yes, I know, westies are included in the abuse but we are well accustomed to it. We'll take our lumps while enjoying watching you take yours. All the while still hopeful that you will also have the Nic crammed down your throats, adding to your well deserved misery.

"easthole" and "adding to your well deserved misery"

I'd hate to hear what fine compliments and well wishes you offer other people when you are truly angry.... Whew!....a good thing for all concerned that you're not angry at all here 😉

When he took that wrong turn he probably ended up in Mexico. Is there a CLT in Mexico?

I see how you are confused.

You are thinking when it says US Airways, that means the former company. In reality, the only thing regarding the former US Airways is they previously were the owners of the operating certificate that LCC bought when AWA bought US Airways in a reverse acquisition, forming LCC.

As a result AWHC and AWA are now wholly owned subsidiaries of LCC.

You quote is all post merger when US Airways means LCC.

Try finding any article, SEC filing etc. that actually talks about the structure of the merger and you will find that AWA bought the former US Airways. Nothing to be ashamed about Luv..... the West is even willing to go to a neutral third party arbitrator to let you make your case regarding the seniority list you should have been stapled to the bottom of....oh, wait,,,,we already did that and the east got a screaming good deal.

"We believe this agreement addresses the needs of our pilots while achieving the goals of our business plan, and further demonstrates our commitment to reaching consensual agreements with all of our unions," American said in a statement.
A final agreement by pilots, the most powerful work group, is likely to clear the way for American's flight attendants and mechanics also to reach new contracts. The airline said it would meet those unions next week.
AMR tentative agreement merger hopes fading fast. Oh well http://news.airwise....1340846034.html

I think you're wasting your time. Luv will never accept the fact that AWA aquired US Airways. He'll put his fingers in his ears and go, "nah, nah, nah," all day long. It doesn't mean that the transaction didn't save both airlines though. AWA could have never afforded to pay for that kind of expansion on it's own. We know the truth and so does everyone in the financial world, it's just a huge blow to his ego though because his airline was aquired by what he viewed(views) as a regional commuter. Put in that situation I might behave in the same manner, especially if you consider all the false information he was fed, not just by USAPA, but by US ALPA prior and during the merger. If all you're fed is horse $%#@, what do you thinks going to come out when you open your mouth?

Parker is losing traction fast. Amateur move trying to end run Horton. Now Horton is firmly in the drivers seat and Parker notches another failed merger.
