I'd tell you to work hard, but you don't have to, you have seniority!

"I'd tell you to work hard, but you don't have to.."

Ah!..So that's clearly a needed component for the maintenance of your strange sense of excessive self worth. Hmmmm...any other interesting fantasies lately? Sigh...just settle in, relax, take a few deep, long breaths, and just tell the kindly doctor all about it.....We've already covered how you have amazing talents that transcend the unionist "rabble" you've been wasting time with...we'll have to explore your reasons for all that time spent, and you're exempt from their petty concerns over such trivia as "seniority"...even while obsessing on a chat thread dealing with nothing but seniority...I see...so...Do go on.. 😉

Nevermind...this is sadly, just too easy. I'll leave any "meltdown" to you....

East talks about morality and principle, but for him it's really all about doing anything to get what he wants - the end justifies the means. I'm sure that Hanoi Jane felt precisely the same way....LOL

Now breeze is calling the Nicolau immoral therefore calling the man that created it immoral.

The service of a man and his later actions are not one and the same. As I umm.."curtly" noted; I've full respect for Mr. Nicolau's service, in which he was nearly killed and lost a leg as I understand it...and no; I, nor any I know expect any "free pass" at any level in life for service rendered. I don't doubt Mr. Nicolau feels much the same and he certainly gave more than many. It's absurd to assume that calling the product he produced immoral, assigns any notion of the man himself being immoral, and your "reach" there is contemptable. We, all of us humans, can sometimes just "screw up". The product the man produced fully fits the "screwed up" definition to my mind, as it also seems completely immoral to me. That was said without the slightest aspersions to the man himself. We all make mistakes....period.

How very sad..."trolling" is truly all you have left? Perhaps you should again just pretend to be a Vietnam experienced pilot, while never being anything of the kind of course..not even a military aviator for that matter...how very sad indeed.....

PS: "Hanoi Jane"? Wow!...You really are trying to just totally disgust people here 😉

Touch a nerve East? Hanoi Jane very much believed that the end justified the means, an art you seem to have perfected. Principles that change to fit the situation and are even for sale at the right price....Jane would be proud...

How fast you think the apa will take over here? Does the apa inherit all contracts? does the apa have a doh policy?

5000+ pages and no solutions, you guys should run for congress. It's not even worth lurking anymore. Goodbye.

Suddenly, your screwed up union fails to negotiate anything less than DOH (still ALPA), so an arbitrator puts a bunch of guys ahead of you who are 17 yrs your junior.
Four pilot seniority arbitrations in a row say that seniority is your position on a seniority list, not LOS.

Some people are just too dense or unethical to acknowledge that fact.

Sorry you can't comprehend much.

Perhaps if you payed attention in school?

Keep babbling, its pretty hilarious. Such undirected anger.

Want to explain how its moral to abrogate your responsibility to live by your binding agreement?

Come on now....show us your great morality!
You think Scooter paid attention in school on harassment issues when flying????

Pretty much, he really opened a window to his soul...nothing but entitlement and avoiding of any personal responsibility. Cheap entertainment in his posts.

Is this really a shocker? Aren't these the lazy buggers that punted our problem down the road with the pathetic, "not ripe," ruling? They managed to not do their job and assure that more of their sleazy counterparts would get billable hours, dragging things out. Not all lawyers are sleazes, but these bozos definitely give the profession a bad name.
