Actually, it would be much simpler if passengers would just take some responsibility to ensure that all of their documentation is in order before they get to the airport. But that's probably wishful thinking, huh? :lol:

It depends on who your customers are. Some know what is expected, some don't.

Unfortunately it is very wishful thinking.... Its just the mentality of our society that our problems are always someone else's fault... Whatever happened to the concept of personal responsibility???

Some of us are still responsible. The rest rely upon the kiosks to babysit for them, and then will blame the airline for an expired passport.
 
We have wandered from kiosk problems to a discussion of the ills of society. Topic closed.
