LAGOON in PHL

you guys should try the howard johnson. its new and very nice. the only thing about it is that the hotel van only runs every hour. it's the same price as the lagoon. and there is a best buy like 2 ft away from it. there is also a bennigans within walking distance and many more things to do. the rooms have flat screen tv's and are clean and the beds are very comofortable. try it . the number is 610-544-4700. its about the same didtance it is to go to the days inn. oh i forgot. they are very nice to crews too.

There were some amature boxing tournaments being held at the Lagoon for a time too.

My office group used to go to th Lagoon for retirement lunches and sometimes happy hours but not lately.

And, there are many, many, many less trashy places of comparable cost (or cheaper) in the PHL area to host a wedding reception. But, to each their own.

Most of the successfull marriages I have seen have been built on something other than money and status. If where they get married is of more importance to the couple than why it would be my opinion that perhaps THAT marriage was never meant to be.

Well, first of all - I had a smiley at the end of my comment to emphasize that I was making a joke.

Secondly, I think we call can think of couples who got married for many wrong reasons, including focusing more on the wedding day party than what comes after that.
