I'm disgusted. The two guys mentioned here earned their place at the top of the seniority list thru years of service. Had the senior guys not put in their time, there wouldn't be a place for you junior guys to eventually work.

As we all know from his sentiments as expessed in the past if it was up to Eoleson the company would simply terminate them and replace them with lower waged workers with no sick time in the bank and only one week of vacation.

I dont know Jimmy Rae but I do know Al Blackman. Al is still a productive employee and he can handle his job as Crew Chief. He is as physically and mentally fit as many workers who are much younger. At the rate he is going he could be here to see me retire.

I didn't miss his point. No one should be forced to retire if they don't want to. To make it sound like everyone that has high seniority is well off is more than likely wrong. The way he comes off is selfish at best.
