Dear Fellow F/A's.

As I am sure most of you have heard we have started going through the process to sue for what we are entitled to. If you would like to know more on this issue go to http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/FAempowered/ this will help you with your questions and exactly what we are suing the company for - This is for the likelyhood of all flight attendants ground crew and gate agents as well as the pilots future to be considered as we are.... WE WILL NOT GO DOWN WITHOUT A FIGHT. We have one of the best attorneys in the industry and his experience goes back to TWA and PanAm days as well as American and USAir. We have evidence on paper and not word of mouth... visit our site to see what you can do to help. WE will try our hardest to get what is owed to us. We know that we want the E-170 in house and if we can't have it we want our backpay.. Let them figure out which one is more valuable to the company and then can make their decision.. Good luck to all of us... Their is also a #2 course of action as well !!

Best of luck to the Mid-Atlantic F/A group, fight as hard as you can! You all deserve the best!

My heart goes out to all of the MDA staff. It was nothing but a big screw to the employees from the startup. And now, one final slap before the before the rats that have infested CCY, take their millions and run out the back door. I hope your attorney can get some of those millions set aside for "retention & seperation" bonus for the exec's. Best of luck to all of you.

Thank You and we will appreciate all support that is given to us. We have been screwed hard several times and we are sick of it...We want to support and protect the jobs of all "MidAtlantic" mainline employees. We deserve our pay as mainline employees since we do per the FAA operate under the mainline certificate along with the 737,319,320,321,757,767,330,andE-170. These are the airplanes that operate under that certificate and we are not a seperate corp. we are at most a division. We should not be under a seperate contract which the f/as do not have anyway. We have been given fraudulent information and they have tried to work around a way to seperate work groups and contract out labor in the absolute sneakiest way possible. This pertains to all people at "MidAtlantic" mainline... Get on the rally train and lets sue the sh+t out of AFA and USAir for not giving us the pay and benfits we deserve....

Is it not ironic that the MDA Pilots as well as F/A's have to hire their own Lawyer to oversee the AFA/ALPA Lawyers that they pay dues to. What a sad state of affairs. I can not wait to get out of here!

Yes my friend it is but now we have to because they are just going to keep runing over us again and again, the union is ZERO help so we will take it on our own and get better reprsentation.
