Other than on this board I have only talked to 2 people that are voting for Obama. In my area In the last 3 months I have seen 2 obama bumber stickers and 1 obama yard sign. There are Romney signs and stickers everywhere.

In my area, it's probably running 5-6 to 1 in favor of Obama sign-wise. Local/State elections are probably closer to ~ 3 to 1 for the democratic contenders.
Bumper stickers are also running heavily blue, though I haven't seen near as many (for either party) as I did in '08...

Maybe you need to get out of Dane more often... I have no doubts MSN and MKE liberals will vote for Obama, but in the rest of the state, I'm not as convinced.
With the Walker recall being a 7 point split this summer, and Thompson appearing to be leading or at least even in the Senate race, support for Obama has to be running the exact opposite as what you're seeing in more than half the state.
I seriously doubt Clinton would be doing events this late in the race up in Green Bay if the state wasn't at serious risk of tipping the other way.

Here is one of the reasons why the Obama machine is crashing. Don't agree with something -- ignore, ridicule and distract.
Not even 'hope and change' anymore. Where is the optimism? Americans are not stupid.
I'm one of the 47% Romney referred to during his 'private' dinner (kids' college loans) and I understand his point. Kudos to him for saying what many people are thinking anyway. And we independents do vote. Every time. Not just for the first (and only) time in 2008.
We cannot continue this rate of spending. Simple.
