Hello super-fantastic and super-dedicated fellow airline workers!!!!! Whew! March has been a challenge, but April is going to be MUCH, MUCH better. In case you haven't heard it before, MIRACLES CAN HAPPEN!!!!! You can help our awesome "team" of US Airways employees so you can earn more profit sharing next year, maybe even double or triple what we made this year!!!! Can you stand it?
Even better than that, our company is going for HIGHEST ON TIME performance in April!!! Yes, we are going to be MAKING AVIATION HISTORY! You can be a part of the awesome excitement!!!! How exciting is that excitement??? Can you just feel it? Can you get more excited???
Not only that, but how are WE going to help me get my highest paycheck EVER??? Well, AS A TEAM. The paycheck I get reflects on US, so we better make sure I get a really good one!!!! When YOU strive for more (work, pain, stress, and debt) in your own lives, I get a fatter paycheck!!!
So here's the plan...Aren't you excited!!!!!!!!! Can you STRETCH for more in April???? I know you can!!! Now just dig deep into those pockets of yours and send me a check! After all, I deserve it! What other concessions can you make? Do you really need that health insurance? How about another pay cut? Commuters – Can you afford to pay for your commute? Also check your calendars! How much extra time are you willing to spend at the airport to help US fly for less money and hassle? Any volunteers? How much can you do???? THINK BIG! Remember, Tempe WANTS YOU TO SUPPORT ME!!! I am a reflection of you, and when I do well you're doing well!!! So go ahead and make those concessions and send me those checks...can you send $200???? How about thinking big and sending me $1000!!! Have you thought about canceling that health insurance yet? What about working for $5 an hour? Or better yet, for free? Anybody want to pay to work? Do this for US Airways! Do it for me! If each of us just gives a little, we will be the BEST and MOST profitable low cost carrier EVER! We will be able to upgrade our super-fabulous reservations system to an even better one! AREN’T YOU PUMPED??????? THIS UPGRADE IS FOR YOU!!! I’ll even have a BIG celebration at the sandcastle! I'll be thinking of you at the party, and I'll even drink an extra beer for anyone who sends me money and makes at least two concessions!
ARE YOU EXCITED YET????? I know you are as excited as I am. It is so much fun running the New US Airways. It’s like one big party! I will match my time with your effort! That's right, the more concessions you make, the more time off I will take from drinking beer and the more time I will spend on running this airline, because I'll know you're SERIOUS about this!!!
