What does get along mean? Lap up what management tells us and live in a dream world and believe all is well; until the cash runs out and they come back and demand more concessions or they will liquidate the airline? All I want is for management to start doing their job. I do mine everytime I fly or I kill 150 people.

My bet is the plane in question looks just like N109UW. How about all of those 737s that are so bad, I am embarrased everytime I have to fly one? Let's paint planes that do not need painting, what a great idea. Maybe we should downsize the airline some more so that we can lose more PRMs (revenue). Let us start re-arranging furniture too, whilest the orchestra plays.

We are how many months into this "merger"? What is being done to take advantage of our strengths? But what do we see on these boards, "Oh, oh, oh let's see a picture of the new paint job (That looks just like N109)!" We have seen the paint 'em and sell 'em routine before. It is hard to get excited about another new paint scheme.

IMOP I think all Easties need a big hug and be told it will be all right if you dont get everything you think you deserve which is SH%% and you you continue to be selfish and not share you will be sent to your room.(Get the picture I am trying to paint abouty how all you guys and gals sound)

I thought this venue was for opinions and not constructive input. Reading your comment makes it seems management comes on here reading and then implementing all the positive ideas. Is that what they are being paid millions for? Take a some Midol, dude....where do you get off hammering a person who has been to hell and back and on his way back for the tenth time? Do you really believe playing the Pollyanna is going to have a positive affect or do you hate reading what real people write about real horror stories they have lived thru and are still living. Working in the airline industry has a tremendous cost in ones emotional health and to come on here and act like a drill sergeant basically saying suck it up kid is way off base.

Well I'm sorry, YES god and everybody else in this industry and on this planet knows what all of us at East have been through the last few years but sitting around pissing and moaning about what has, is, and might happen is not getting us anywhere. If you DO NOT like it then QUIT, no one is keeping you here and I can assure you that there are thousands of furloughed employees out there that would be more than HAPPY to take your place. We've ALL been through it and yes it sucks and hurts really bad but we have to try to move on and for god sakes have a little faith they can't fix everything in one day.

you are right. they can't fix everything in one day, but they sure have done a great job screwing up things in just 3 months.
