He is not a true employee of the new US, he is a hired consultant, just like Doug McKeen who was the former VP or Labor (un)relations at the old US left and was still on the payroll as a consultant and McKeen led the IAM M&R Negotiations for the Company.

The race to the bottom of the pay scale and outsourcing nivana is littered with things much more important than careers and jobs.

lighten up. it doesn't suck as some other theme planes that you see flying around the world. once all the heritage planes are repainted it will fit in quite nicely.
