New International Routes

Any update on CLT-GRU for Winter 2012 or any word of plans to return to Central America? PTY, SAL, GUA? CLT should be able to support service to LIM, BOG, MTY and some of the major Central American destinations; PTY in particular. Also surprised that MEX service from the East Coast is only 1X daily.

Noticed that US cancelled their code share with UP eff. sept 2012. Doesn't sound like there are any plans for increased Caribbean service this summer. Guess B6's push into the Caribbean had some impact on this although reductions started with the demise of the GoCaribbean network several years back.

Curacao has long been rumored as the next Caribbean destination. It would be nice to see some of the existing destination more than weekly or seasonal as well.

Its great USAir is looking to expand but why don't they have any presence in Asia? Seriously would it be too hard for them to pull of a daily round trip to Narita? Oh that's right USAir doesn't have suitable aircraft to operate those flights and their hubs are second tier cities that couldn't support flights to Asia anyway. Star Alliance customers would stick to ANA, Asiana, and Singapore Airlines which are all light years ahead of USAir.

Couldn't the A332 make it to NRT from PHX?

Perhaps if I was in Phoenix needing to get to NRT non-stop. Otherwise not, I haven't been in PHX for years and don't anticipate going in the near future.
